The selection and prices can't be beat. The international ordering process from the US was smooth and transparent. My order arrived in perfect condition within a week. The customer service is prompt and always very kind. I cannot say enough good things about Rito.

Poor packaging.
Website is easy to navigate. Prices are reasonable, especially when products are on sale. Good quality products.
I have ordered twice from here. The items arrived at the estimated time.
The only problem with the delivery is the packaging. The items are placed directly into the bag without any protection. By the time the parcel arrived at my home in the USA there were many holes exposing the yarn to the element. This happened both the times I ordered from this site. Thankfully there was no damage and no items lost. I would be more inclined to order in future if they improved their packaging for overseas delivery.

Package arrived intact
My last review of Rito wasn’t too good but I they were responsive and took care of my issue. I was really happy and made new order. This time they improved the packaging and my order arrived intact. Shipping still take a bit longer than expected though, but I could understand it’s hard to control.

Received kit that was supposed to be embroidery,described that way,and it was crosstich.Ritto would not pay for return postage.I believe false marketing.Had a very hard time getting them to respond to emails. Very disappointed,would not order again.

I am sorry that you have had this experience.
After reviewing the case, I cannot see any indication that we have engaged in false advertising. It is of course unfortunate that the product did not meet your expectations, but this does not constitute false advertising.
Regarding the return costs, customers are responsible for the return shipping if they are not satisfied with the product. If the product had been defective, Rito would of course cover these costs.

Never Received Order
I have yet to receive this shipment. I’ve communicated multiple times with customer service and no resolution has been offered nor executed. Bad experience. I am out money and time and don’t have yarn.
