Always love the yarns I get from here! It takes a couple weeks to arrive but it is across the world from me. Definitely will keep ordering more.

I’m really happy to find a way to buy this yarn ( drops), and I I want to maintain a relationship with you, so I will be placing another order in a few days.

Item was as expected and delivery was prompt.

Had multiple missing items in several separate orders. Customer service then takes multiple days between each response and takes forever to get shipped out. While it was resolved, it’s extremely frustrating and worrisome that there is such little attention paid to orders.

I love the yarn.
The package was popped open somewhere between the warehouse and my mailbox. There was a ball of yarn missing and a couple inside were dirty. My guess was the postal service popped and dropped the package and yarn. Rita.com said they were going to send me a replacement for the lost yarn. I'm waiting for it as it is in transit. Thanks!

When I found this pattern, I first wrote to customer support and asked them about the thickness of this pattern. They answered, meaning they found out specifically for me. The thickness was just the way I need it, so I ordered it... The first pattern arrived broken, (this happens to everyone sometimes) I wrote about it and attached the photos, and they immediately sent me a second one. Second package arrived quickly and everything was perfect. I'm very happy. Thank you for the excellent service and quality product.

I have ordered yarn a few times from Rito and will certainly order again. I get Drops yarn and the quality and the price are very good. I'm in New York, so a wait is to be expected but a couple of weeks only builds the happy anticipation!

I love the yarn and needle. But I bought a pair of nortic sky and one needle came out of the anchor. So I can’t use one of the 4mm needles. I also really wish could buy more cables. If not for that this would be 5 stars!
