They made the experience of getting an annuity straight forward. The whole process was handled by William Niedzwiecki and John Quinn from start to finish and both were very knowledgeable. The whole process was about finding the correct product for the circumstances. Everything was explained thoroughly and would recommend anyone to them.

I have been really impressed with the service provided by retirement line, from my initial conversation with Andrew Ward who took the time to listen to all my requirements and concerns, unlike other Annuity brokers who seemed very rushed and not particularly interested. Andrew offered a number of different options then once I had chosen the annuity to purchase assisted with all the paperwork. Once the paperwork was completed and finalized I was assigned an internal client consultant John Quinn who provided great assistance ensuring the annuity was processed quickly. There were a few bumps along the road with my pension drawdown company and also the annuity provider, none of these was anything to do with retirement line, but John soon sorted these issues out. I would certainly 100% recommend Retirement-line to anyone looking to buy an annuity.

I was a little concerned when first contacting Retirement Line as there is no face to face contact and it is all done online or over the phone. However I was quickly put at ease by George (Gilbert) who talked me through the process. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Retirement Line. Everything was done efficiently, emails were responded to within 24hrs or less. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful in particular Jasmine (Soulby), during the later stages. The whole process was stress free and I am very happy with the product now provided.

Recently used retirement line to buy an anuuity, was kept up to date all through the process and everything was fully explained, thank you to lucy and matthew, would recommend this company.

Aged 57 and reluctantly taking the decision to stop work for health reasons, I looked at my options for taking my personal pension early. I decided, Having taken advice on the options available, and considering my current and future priorities I decided an annuity was right for me and wanted to get things set up quickly. Front my first contact with Retirement Line , I felt like I mattered and Ed Starling my annuity specialist was thorough and responsive to my questions. They moved at pace, and my annuity was all set up and running 21 days after I submitted my application.

I would just like to say, Johnathon Davis gave me an excellent service, my father passed away whilst i was sorting out what i needed from my pensions. He was patient with me, as i had to sort out my fathers funeral etc, he was helpful, as the cis pension had a gar attached, my 1st Tesco pension was final salary based and my 2nd Tesco pension we did an annuity with Aviva.
So i am thankful to Johnathon and also to Jamar Dobson, who followed through, keeping me up dated with the progress.
