George Gilbert and Andrew Rist were very helpful, Andrew kept me up-to-date regarding my annuity, George gave me all the info I needed before getting my annuity set up. I would recommend Retirement Line to anyone wanting to set up a lifetime annuity.

Retirement Line made dealing with my annuity straightforward and hassle free. They do not provide advice (that is not their role) but they do provide you with clear information to enable you to make your own informed choice. David Brewer was excellent explaining the various options and quotations to me and answering any questions I had. Thereafter Jamar Dobson finalised matters with my chosen annuity provider quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

I would just like to say, Johnathon Davis gave me an excellent service, my father passed away whilst i was sorting out what i needed from my pensions. He was patient with me, as i had to sort out my fathers funeral etc, he was helpful, as the cis pension had a gar attached, my 1st Tesco pension was final salary based and my 2nd Tesco pension we did an annuity with Aviva.
So i am thankful to Johnathon and also to Jamar Dobson, who followed through, keeping me up dated with the progress.

I initially spoke to David Brewer who is an Annuity Specialist at Retirement Line. My options for taking an annuity were clearly explained at each stage and any questions I had were answered promptly and patiently. I did not feel rushed into making decisions. Once I had decided what I wanted from an annuity I was looked after by Jamar Dobson who is a Customer Relations Consultant. He explained the administration process which he handled for me. He updated me on how matters were proceeding promptly and efficiently. I would recommend speaking to Retirement Line if you are considering an annuity.
