Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I had been researching the options available for my retirement for a little over two years when I came across Retirement Line.There is a lot of choice in the market such as drawdown or annuity.After a lot of research I decided a life time annuity was for me.Then came getting quotes as to what you can get for your money .
Andrew Ward of Retirement Line was in the list I was working through as he advertised he could get best quotes available,I deliberately put him down the list a bit somI would have other quotes to judge against.
I went through checks of my own to make sure the company was genuine and found everything to be fine.
When it came to contacting Retirement Line ,it was simplicity itself a phonecall to Andrew himself arranged an interview and he laid out all the details I would need. During the interview he was very thorough on the safety things I had to do to avoid any scams. After he explained that this service had no cost to me as the annuity provider paid his arrangement fee.After all my data was collected and the various products explained,he gave me a quote from Aviva, that was over 1k p.a.better than I had received from other brokers.
When this was organised I was assigned a personal assistant called Louise Zsombara, to look after my interests going forwards until it was finally arranged.
This next phase took nearly two months, I had various pension pots in various places and to my way of thinking they were not very keen on parting with my money and sending it to Aviva to pay for my annuity.
This is where Louise Zsombara was extremely good at her job and not only kept everything moving also kept me informed every week.
Finally I would like to say if anyone is thinking of buying an annuity in retirement,you really would struggle to find a better company to help you get the best you can than Andrew Wards Retirement Line.

Retirement Line have proved invaluable. Prior to speaking to Oliver stone I was in danger of drifting into a drawdown pension because of misconceptions about annuities. Independent Financial Advisors whilst always non committal will not rush to champion annuities. The fact that I could insure my annuity at very little cost such that my estate will receive what might remain of my fund invested on death was the clincher...as was the high annuity rates at present. Retirement Line's quote offered higher rates than my financial advisor company and with zero fees. Commission is paid by the annuity company.

Sarah Harrison managed the transfer to annuity process for me and answered all pertinent questions promptly but it is important to point out that the transfer process is not necessarily a smooth one. My pension fund sat with Nucleus (James Hay) who proved utterly incompetent. It took 10 weeks to make the transfer during which time Nucleus denied Sarah authorisation to act on my behalf...the final letter granting authorisation from Nucleus arrived a week after my funds had been transferred.

The purchase of an annuity is extremely daunting. However with the help of Tony Jarman and Sarah Harrison everything was explained at each stage.
Communication was excellent. Emails sent with quotes and all the different options. Again all of this explained with no problem or pressure to make a decision.
I could not recommend Retirement Line more.
The service is excellent and Tony and Sarah are brilliant.

Fantastic professional service from start to finish from Sarah Harrison and Joshua Lawson they dealt with the process from start to finish , making it very simple to transfer my pensions and up dated on a regular basis, I would highly recommend retirement line.

Spoke to a chap called Johnathon Davis who from the start made me feel he was listening and understanding what I wanted, he went through my options clearly so I could understand them and making sure what he was offering was right for me. Once I had decided he emailed the paperwork which I signed, I was then handed over to Sarah Harrison who would oversee and handle any queries I might have. She would give me regular updates on how the process was progressing and intervene if there were any hiccups. The process was flawless from start to finish and stress free. Highly recommended

I chose Retirement Line for the purchase of a fixed term annuity.
I discussed my requirements with Oliver Scott, he provided excellent suggestions and offered up several options for me to consider. He was quick to provide updated figures as I needed.
Once I had made my decision the necessary paperwork was completed promptly and required very little effort from me.
Both Oliver and Matthew Gordon kept me fully informed during the whole process, which was completed well within the timeframe I had hoped for.
All in all they provided an excellent service.

I have been really impressed with the service provided by retirement line, from my initial conversation with Andrew Ward who took the time to listen to all my requirements and concerns, unlike other Annuity brokers who seemed very rushed and not particularly interested. Andrew offered a number of different options then once I had chosen the annuity to purchase assisted with all the paperwork. Once the paperwork was completed and finalized I was assigned an internal client consultant John Quinn who provided great assistance ensuring the annuity was processed quickly. There were a few bumps along the road with my pension drawdown company and also the annuity provider, none of these was anything to do with retirement line, but John soon sorted these issues out.
