When I called Retirement line I wasn't sure what I was doing. The person I spoke to Tony Jarmen quickly put my mind at rest and explained to me what we would discuss on the call and took me through step by step stopping after each point to insure I understood and asked if I had any questions. By the end of the call I understood everything and what the next steps were. My case was then passed to Jasmin Soulby who dealt with the admin side of things. Jasmine again was extremely efficient and kept me updated each step of the way. Thank you to Tony and Jasmin for making my experience so easy.

If I am honest is was a sceptical to start, but my fears were quickly and professionally alleviated.

The E2E process from selecting to receiving my annuity product was seamless. I cannot recommend Tony Jarman enough who provided me with numerous product quotes over the years and for being very patient! Once I'd made a decision on the annuity product Tony guided me through the complicated documentation submission. Once this was completed Sarah Harrison kept me informed at every stage. The whole process was very efficient and stress free, certainly exceeded my expectations!

I have just used Retirement Line to arrange a pension for me. I must say they have been very professional throughout the whole process. My transfer was somewhat complicated (no fault of Retirement Line) and Louise Szombara was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Having used various online annuity calculators to get an estimate for combining three pension pots to give a single annuity payment, I was contacted by Joshua Lawson of Retirement Line by telephone. I am usually wary and sceptical about such phone calls, however, as I had given my contact details on their website, I listened to the clear explanations given by Joshua as to the various options available to me. Without any pressure from Joshua, I decided the best option for me and went ahead with the completion of my application over the phone. The annuity rate quoted by Retirement Line was better than the three individual quotes I had from the original providers added together and better than the quotes I had obtained using other online calculators. Their commission as a broker is factored in to their quotation so there is no hidden surprise fees. The paperwork was handled efficiently by Sarah Harrison who kept me informed of progress throughout. Even though they provide you with Freepost labels and envelopes, I preferred to send my documents securely and they sent me a cheque to cover the cost - first cheque I have seen in years. The only delay in the process was due to Prudential requiring a copy of my driving licence. My Annuity is now in payment with Aviva and I am so glad I used Retirement Line as the alternative was to have the hassle of three separate payments from three separate providers and having to fill in three applications only to receive less. With Retirement Line you just check and sign the forms they complete for you. Perfect for me as I have filled in enough forms to last a lifetime.
