I ordered a pair of shoes after reading the excellent
description on line but they have been delivered , too small despite being marked as size 43 , too narrow despite being sold as extra wide and slip on . Impossible to put on at all due to poor design and narrowness . Have to return them to China !!! surely it contravenes the UK sale of goods act ? avoid avoid avoid !!

If I’d known this was a China based company I would never have ordered this dress. It took about ten days or so to arrive but the fabric used for this dress is awful. Synthetic rubbish. While the style is pretty I will never use it. What a waste of money as it’s impossible to return to China. Will cost far too much.

Ordered shoes which don't fit, apparently they can only be returned to China. Avoid this company like the plague. Even one star is one too many.

Terrible clothes and material. Dreadful customer none existent service. Says its closing down and then all the same rubbish clothes on other websites using all sorts of names to get your money back they want you to send the rubbish back to China and costs £25 wouldnt even trust them to give a correct address any way

This is probably a scam.

Reeves London (or Wan Chai, Hong Kong) took £39.95 from me two weeks ago for a pair of Orthopaedic Shoes.

They claim that they were delivered yesterday by Lichfield Home Delivery, but they weren't.

No evidence provided; signature or picture.

Still awaiting refund or shoes...

I have just been told that I cannot return or have a refund for the shoes that I attempted to buy. I ordered a size 8 they were tiny so I ordered a 9 even smaller. I asked to send both pairs back and have been told I can't. This has got to be my worst on line shopping experience. Be very careful when ordering from this company. I would have given no stars if I could.

You can get the items on the cheap Chinese sites for a quarter of the price as same thinge total rip off company

I fell for this scam.

Reeves of London is not an established company. It still advertising the final day of its clearance sale,  several weeks after I visited their website. I see that their web address has only recently been registered.

The shoes have arrived and are not as advertised.

There are clearly more than 5 in stock

The shoes are not orthopaedic

There are no padded insoles

They are cheaply made and probably worth half of what I paid for them.
Their returns policy (return to China at my expense) is clearly designed to prevent returns.

I wish I’d checked here before parting with my money. Lesson learned!

Incidentally, all the followers of their Facebook page appear to be based in India!

I reported to Facebook, but they refuse to act. Profit wins over honesty. Shame on you Facebook.

My experience has been very disappointing from start to finish.

The Product Itself
When I first saw the shoes online, they appeared to be well-crafted leather footwear with proper stitching and orthopaedic features - exactly what I needed for my foot support requirements. However, what arrived after a lengthy wait was completely different from what was advertised. Instead of the stitched leather shoes shown in the promotional images, I received what can only be described as cheap plastic alternatives with no visible stitching or genuine leather materials whatsoever. The orthopaedic features I specifically sought were entirely absent, making these shoes unsuitable for my intended purpose.

Delivery Experience
The delivery process was frustrating, taking a full two weeks to arrive - far longer than I've experienced with other online retailers. Initially, I assumed this was simply a busy period, but I later discovered that despite the company's "London" branding, the items are actually shipped from China, which explains the extended timeframe.

they seem unable to do the most basic transaction,
its now been a week since l paid for a pair of shoes yet to arrive,
if l was in the market for excuses, then this meat and potato pie outfit would be world leaders,
Scam artist, sloppy sloppy sloppy.

I ordered a pair of sandals for my wife.
When they arrived she realised that she needed the next size up. I contacted Reeves and apparently all the goods come from China it will cost you around £30 to return and get your money back.
This company is a scam! Stay clear from them.

Nothing short of a scam.
The dress I ordered had a wonky hem ,the cheapest material with mismatched seams.
Nothing remotely London about it !!!
The sandals were not as advertised ,made with the cheapest materials and nothing remotely orthopaedic about them.

A pair of shoes arrived after a 2 week wait.

These are so far from orthopaedic shoes it is laughable and they arrived damaged.

They are not as shown or described, not orthopaedic, and the worst quality cheap sh1t I have ever come across

They are not fit for purpose or as described or shown but despite this their customer service said I can send them back at my cost to china- costs more than the shoes or get a 20% refund.

They portray themselves as as a British company- they are not.

From my experience this company misrepresents itself and provides applauding products which don’t match the description

I ordered a pair of shoes called Cody Orthopaedic. In the image they are stitched leather. On arrival which took two weeks there is not a stitch or any leather to be seen. They are a cheap substandard plastic copy of the advertised item. This is not a London based company, I can find no record of this company in Company House, it is a company not to be trusted. Please don't waste your money.

Wrong and rubbish item delivered after 14 days wait. After requesting refund, was offered partial refund if item posted from UK to China at my expense. Illegal selling. Do not go there.

Product quality appalling, not as described. Returns policy misleading, items have to be sent back to China. This is a foreign company pretending to be British. Absolute rubbish, don't touch with a barge pole. Ultra poor quality, a total waste of time.
