They are a bunch of rip off merchants, a Chinese company falsely advertising and utterly unwilling to refund items that are the wrong size and not as advertised, I suggest that if you get suckered in by their false advertising that you contact ASA and trading standards. That is where I am going next.

I wouldn’t have even put 1 star but you had to select.

ABSOLUTELY terrible company, item was not as described. Looked completely different in the image.
Now after finding out how to return I am told like the other customers I need to return the item at my own cost back to China!!! China! China! They do offer a 10% back if you do t want to post back to China, obviously knowing full well lots of people would settle.
If I’d read the reviews before I would have NEVER have purchased from them.
Seeing the website now and they are closing so best say goodbye to my money back!
Having worked in retail for over 20 years I am appalled with this.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And beware they change their name and do the same thing!
Surely there is something in customer rights act 2015. I’ll be looking into it.

Do not use this company, the sizes are completely wrong, I ordered extra large and it was not even UK small. Must be made foe Chinese market. Looking at reviews from others, same problem and it's up to the individual to return to China at own expense' terrible service

Just to re-inforce the majority of the other 1 star reviews. Their sizing is completely inaccurate & then, when you try to return the item they tell you it has to be shipped to China at a cost similar to the item in the first place. They offered to exchange the item for a different size at the cost of £10. When I told them that they were cowboy traders they stopped communicating. Avoid at all costs

Do not use this company - never got my goods and they refused to refund my money!!!

Ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive. Poor sizing and material. Wanted to return it but the cost was almost the same as I paid for the dress. Offered 10% refund which is not enough. They are making money under false pretences.
I will have to donate it to a charity shop.
Wish we could shop
like we used to, in the high street.

Very poor quality and too small and to return you have to send them to Shanghai for £25. Please do not use this company. I do not think I will get anything back and I have put them in charity shop as they are no use to me.

Do not use! Worst buying experience I’ve had, poor size even though described as orthopaedic and wide fitting they were narrow and too small. Return policy is a joke as you are required to send them back to a complicated address in Shanghai and money is then refunded once received apparently! They did reply promptly to my emails but it felt like it was an AI generated response.

Absolute scam!! Avoid this company. I will be reporting to trading standards. They are NOT UK based despite the name Reeves London. They do NOT deliver via Royal Mail. I ordered 2 dresses which took 2 weeks to come. The material was terrible,sizing totally wrong. I emailed to say I wanted to return items. They offered 10% discount and within 10mins 20% if I kept them. I insisted I wanted to return them which cost me £23( via Royal Mail tracked) The items are now stuck in customs and have been for almost a week. Im not even sure if I will get a refund or if the return address even exists!!!! NEVER AGAIN

It's a scam site dress sand beige looks good on photo..its actually like an overall.material is shiny shape looks like a sack.motjing like photo.not even worth 50p.thats £30 wasted.Says delivery by Royal mail.Its not .It took over 3 wks to arrive. Ordered a pair of so called orthopedic shoes. When they arrived, they were very poor quality and were difficult to put on. Asked for refund, their response was,

This is because our items are shipped directly from there to ensure we can offer a wide range of products globally. We understand that returning items to China involves additional costs, and we regret that we are unable to cover these shipping expenses.

To make the return process easier for you, we offer two alternative solutions:

1. Return to China: You can choose to return the item(s) to our distribution centre in China. Once we receive the return, we will process a full refund for the purchase amount. Please ensure the return package includes a tracking number, as we cannot process returns without one. Please note that return shipping with tracking usually costs between £20 and £25.

2. Keep the Item: If you prefer, you may keep the item(s) and receive a 10% refund of the purchase amount. This exception is offered as a token of appreciation for being a first-time customer and aims to save you the hassle of returning the item while still giving you a partial refund.
So all I received was £3.49 for a useless £34.99 pair of shoes. Moral of this story. Buy at your own peril.

Not sure what more I can add to previous reviews. Despite their efforts to indicate otherwise, (Calling themselves Reeves London, using a co.uk email and indicating delivery would be by Royal Mail) this is not a company registered in the the UK. They claimed that items were being sold with a 70% and this was the last day to grab a bargain. However there is no evidence that the items have ever been sold in the UK at the price stated. Like others I purchased a pair of the orthopaedic shoes and could not get my feet in them as the opening for the foot was too small and was not elasticated. They took nearly 4 weeks to arrive from China (not by Royal Mail as stated) and very poor quality. Avoid at all costs. Its interesting to note that the only two positive reviews were given on the same had and neither had posted a review on here before

It's a scam site posing as a London based shoe company but actually Chinese. You'll lose your money. Beware of anything advertised on Facebook, it's almost certainly a scam.

Shoes were not as described as they were too small for a UK 10 wide fitting.

That is when the problem start, Reeves London are not UK based that is a out and out lie. To return anything you need to send it tracked to China costing about £25

Do not buy from this bunch of charlitans

The shoes did not fit despite supposedly being my size. I couldn’t get my feet in them. They offered a replacement of a different size but wanted £10 per item … £20 in my case for two pair.. which would be cheaper £30 than shipping back to China for refund. If I accepted replacement they didn’t want the shoes that didn’t fit back.

On their website they say delivery free anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail. This is false since they ship directly from China then say returns must be to China.

I don’t think this company is in fact in the UK. They say they are closing down, hence discounts. I believe it’s a scam.

Product not stocked in UK. Ages to deliver. Size not as advertised. Inferior materials such as poor zips. Seams uneven.

Like Mr Fry, I purchased a pair of orthopedic shoes. the shoes are badly manufactures are not to size and very hard to put on. returns policy contravened UK "sales of Goods" Act with the need to post the shoes back to China (good luck with that) before a refund will be provided. AVOID.

This order took forever to be dispatched and now that it has arrived, I wish I’d never bothered. The Aria dress is way bigger than it should be for a medium, the material is cheap, the colour horrible. I just had to laugh. I would avoid, if I were you!

If only I read the reviews first. Obviously the price was too good to be true. I want you to imagine the cheapest shoes out there and then think of something even cheaper. What a waste of money. Absolute rubbish
