Disgraceful scammers.
Cheap knock off rubbish that looked nothing like the item advertised was finally delivered and when I complained was told it would be too complicated to return and they could offer me a 30% refund that then never arrived.
Shame on them!

The shoes took longer to arrive than expected, which was frustrating. Once they finally showed up, the quality and design were really impressive.

Ordered a pair of shoes months ago and am still waiting for delivery. Customer support has been completely unresponsive, ignoring multiple emails requesting an order cancellation and full refund. Completely unacceptable customer service—I will never shop here again.

I ordered a pair of shoes which took months to be delievered and when they were delivered they were the wrong colour, they were black, Odette Lodon don't even sell these in BLACK!! I emailed and they apologiesed and said they would shipe the correct shoes, this was months ago and i have emailed 10 times since and zero response

They are thieves. They sent me a pair of shoes of the wrong size and it does not look exactly as the photo. They kept on saying they will send me the right size but they didn’t and then they disappeared and are not responding to me. Another fact is that on their website it says the shoes are designed in London, but that’s not true. They all come from China

I was sent a £24 jacket from shien made of plastic after buying a quality sale jacket reduced to £59.99

All their clothes are from Temu or shien .
They don't have a shop .

AVOID - Order never received. Originally they responded quickly, however, a month later and there is still no delivery, no goods, no refund and now no response at all from the company.

I didnt even want to give them 1 star. The product is shockingly poor quality. The jacket I ordered had a design fault which makes it unwearable. I emailed them the moment I opened it with photos. I have emails acknowledging the fault. I was offered a 50% refund. I decline. I was then offered 100% refund but had to pay at my expensive to return it to China at a cost of £30.10
I have reported them to trading standards. and will be posting negative reports wherever I can.

Over-priced garbage. The received items are nothing like the pictures on their website. Customer service is atrocious. Returns have to be sent to China at your own cost. They just ignore your emails when you ask for refund. I'm certain they are operating against the law in more ways than one!

Cheap and badly made. Not worth the price and the marketing is not reflective of the actual product. I paid £60 for a jacket with lose and poor stitching, cheap fabric and weirdly enourmous arms. When I emailed to request a refund they said they would respond with the return details, then didn't and are non-resposive.

Don’t buy from here. Despite the name and online stating they are based in the uk - they are not. Cheap crap from abroad/ poor quality and fit - nothing like the website advertised. Had to return things to china as expensive postage cost and no refund.

Ridiculously long delivery time, very poorly finished clothing, delivered in a cheap plastic bag so not very secure, No information about returns.

Company is based in the Netherlands (so somewhat difficult for consumer rights). Goods appeared as if they were delivered directly from China.

A complete waste of money and time

I bought a jacket from this company Odette unfortunately when it came it looked nothing like the one advertised . It was awful and I immediately wrote to them and asked for a refund . I have still to receive my refund and I am writing this to alert others do not buy from this company what they advertise is not what you receive .

Beware I was scammed by this company. I chose a beautiful jacket from their photographs. It was an Erica jacket and I didn't realise but it came from China. When it arrived 2 and 1/2 weeks later it was a shoddy velor shirt bearing no relation to the item that I purchased. The "embroidery "on the sleeves and lapels was printed And the item was not as described at all. I contacted the company and they said I could have a refund of half the price I paid for the jacket. If I wanted a full refund I would have to send the shirt back to China which costs £20. I have contacted my bank now for a full refund. This was a scam.

This is a Company in China. I’m so annoyed at myself because I tried to check the website thoroughly to ensure it wasn’t. It wasn’t until I got the tracking details I realised I was probably scammed. The jacket I paid £59 for (apparently reduced from £190) is a cheap item that you would probably find in a panto. Returns are guaranteed up to 30days but you have to pay for the shipping which will cost you around £30. Not worth the trouble which is where they get you. Avoid at all costs. Lesson learnt the hard way.

They are not present in the UK, everything is shipped from China it is cheap and nasty. Don't believe pirce was £170 reduced to. They have sent me the wrong item and trying their hardest to not refund the money. Telling me it will cost £20 to ship back to them on a tracked basis and they won't refund till they get them. They are not reputable.

Total scam! The shoes I ordered were made out of the cheapest material. Id understand if i bought them from one of the cheap websites but ol were selling them as a high end product. They took 2 weeks to arrive and when I contacted them I got the same response.as previous reviews. They wanted to send me a replacement pair of shoes or id have to pay £20 to return them to China!! DONT BUY!!

Ordered a pair of shoes advertised as originally costing £170 but down to £51.95 in the sale (i should have known it was too good to be true). Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive so did not come from London which was the second red flag. Quality of the item really poor and pins could be felt poking through from the sole making them unwearable. For the price I expected them to be leather/ suede but description didn't actually say that which is my fault for not reading it more carefully before buying. All the 5* reviews wouldn't actually open when clicked on (another big red flag). Contacted customer services to arrange a return and refund but kept getting fobbed off, was initially offered a 30% refund which increased to 50%. When they eventually provided a return address it was to China and is going to cost £15-20 to return it, they said it had to go back to their main supplier! Now looking more closely at the adverts that keep popping up it's definitely AI and no such shop actually exists.

Ordered a bag and shoes, which took a few weeks to arrive and when they did were very poor quality and not like the website, and definitely not worth the money I paid. Also stank of chemicals. Contacted the company to return items as per their return policy and had a back and forth email correspondence, I think written by AI on their side as it reads a bit strange, all trying to avoid or delay the return. When I insisted they eventually sent me an address in China, which I searched online and the same address has already been flagged in a few online forums and scam trackers. Avoid.
