Won’t respond, need to return item

Ordered a coat for Xmas never arrived, still waiting for a refund.
Avoid this sham company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered 3 items from a UK Facebook Link. Straight away realised when debit showed as China and not UK was not a UK company. Emailed within 5 minutes and was informed order was already processed and could not be cancelled. Tracking showed order was not dispatched for 8 days. Items arrived were nothing like shown. Fabric was of very poor quality and colours were very different. After 5 weeks of emails I was refunded 20%, I provided photographic evidence of quality. Could not get a refund through credit card as was a China based trade company

The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. The quality of material and design was awful . When I tried to return it I was told I had to send it back to China at high cost. I threw it in the bin !!

I orders some clothes from reeves, all of which were too small, I returned the items to address in China over 3 months ago, still waiting for my refund.

Ordered a lovely red dress for my mums birthday it arrived 3wks later, was nothing like the images. Have emailed 8 times requesting the returns details and not a single reply. Fuming. Do not buy from this scamming company!

Please do not waste your money. All items 100% polyester and completely different to what is pictured on the website.

Similar to all other reviews- i stupidly ordered A LOT from this store, it has arrived and is AWFUL. I have emailed and contacted through their website 5 times, have heard nothing back. Yet another stressful journey to try and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a ladies top on July 30, didn’t arrive until August 11. The material was very poor quality, the sizing was off and it was badly made. I immediately emailed to request a return but I still haven’t heard back from them despite 4 further email requests to return the item. Kiss your money goodbye! Next step is reporting them to Trading Standards— yet another overseas company flouting British consumer law—their website states returns accepted for a full refund. 😡

Ordered something which is nothing like the image on the website. I have contacted their customer services email twice now demanding and have been totally ignored. The images look fabulous on the site which is also very professional looking, but it arrived and is shiny, horrible, cheap fabric and nothing like the lovely heavy, good quality images. They are clearly using images from much better companies

SCAM do not buy. Absolutely nothing like the photo. Horrible silky, cheap and nasty material. This company is a SCAM

Also kicking myself for ordering from this company and not reading these reviews before. Save your money and shop elsewhere. The material is of very poor quality and they don't look like the images on the website at all. Very disappointed.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Agree with most of the other feedback I've seen. Absolutely disgraceful quality. Nothing like the images at all. I've learnt my lesson - this company is total grift.

Don't buy from this company. The products are not what you order, and there is no way of returning them as they do not respond to your return request. So disappointed, like many, to have fallen into this trap.

Items are nothing like the photos, quality is silky, photos look thick cotton/denim.
Wished I had looked at trustpilot first. Very disappointed by this company scamming people.

Item totally different to that sold on the website - cheap material, badly made & completely different colour. Sizing is also terrible. Feeling stupid for not having read the trust pilot reviews before wasting my money. Would never buy from this company again.

The items i received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality was so poor, worse than brands like Shein and Temu id say. They claim to be from London but when you ask about returning the items they same they need to be shipped back to China for a fee of £20-£30!!! Absolutely awful. I wish i never bought from this website.

I received the shoes only to find that they have sent the wrong size also they are of a poor quality, l have tried to get them to exchange with them paying for the postage at my cost of £20-to £30 back toChina and the refund was out of the question unless l sent them back.
Each time l emailed them l kept getting the same response, saying we are trying to sort it for, DON,T ever trust them A RUBBISH COMPANY
