Dire - I’m so ashamed I’ve fallen for this scam. The clothes are so poorly made and resemble nothing to the picture shown. It is false advertising by deception. And to make matters worse you have to pay up to £30 to return it in order to get your ‘refund’. I’m not prepared to pay £30 more and risk not getting my money back so will take these items to the nearest charity shop to see if someone can make use of the material.

Very cheap quality. Shoes not same as photo on website, cheap plastic. I didn’t even try them on. No quality at all and took over 3 weeks to arrive. No response from company to return them.
Avoid at all costs

I would give no stars if I could. The products they are selling are not the same as in the photos. You would get better quality items on SHEIN. The fabrics are cheap and nasty. Their return policy is sketchy. You have to ‘email to initiate return’ so I am doubtful if I will get a refund at all.

2 items ordered , ordered shoes size 6 sent size 4 very poor quality, not orthopedic at all,Jump suit very poor quality not like the photos and wrongly sized. Have sent six emails for the return address and no reply !!!

I’ve sent 4 emails requesting returns address.
Items nothing like advertised product.

I ordered 2 items- absolutely terrible quality! Doesn’t even have labels on the items. They are not responding to my emails to get a refund absolute scam!

Wish I’d read the reviews, am in the process of trying to return an item. Like many others it was nothing like the picture and very bad cheap quality. What is the point of their business as it seems most stuff gets returned

I ordered a top which looked lovely in the photo. It too an age to arrive and was nothing like the advertisement. The material is poor quality and the pattern was not as shown. The style was not the same. Absolute rubbish. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

I BOUGHT 3 PAIRS OF SHOES, WHICH ARRIVED IN JUNE.
THEY ARE COMPLETELY WRONG SIZE, NOT UK 8 AT ALL! I EMAILED THEM TO CHANGE FOR A SIZE UP, AND HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED.
THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PUT THINGS RIGHT!

Slow delivery, item awful and not as advertised. Was meant to be a denim play suit but really cheap viscose material. went straight in the bin unfortunately.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!! So wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. As previously stated the quality is worse than poor. The sizes completely wrong and the garments look nothing like those advertised on the website. Do NOT order from this company. My purchases will go to the charity shop but I’ll be surprised if anyone buys them!!!

SCAMMERS, selling rubbish. If you have had any dealing with this company and agree, please report them to Trading Standards and your Credit Card Company, to stop them scamming someone else.

Lovely dress, fits me well. My daughter says it looks very smart. Delivery was a bit slow but worth the wait.

The items are such poor quality, I don’t see myself wearing any of them, they are nothing like what I saw online. They are also not based in London and there is no option to send the items back without charge, they said it would be £30 per item to send back to china. This website is an absolute scam, do not order from here. I wish I hadn’t

Horrendous scammers. The products are NOTHING like what you see online or on their ads the quality from temu or shein is better in fact I suspect it’s the same factory. To return they tell you you have to pay £20-£25 to ship it back to China!!! Or instead they will give you 5% this seems like illegal practice in the UK and will be reported to trading standards avoid avoid avoid
