Disappointed with Customer Service – Poor Handling of Warranty Claim
In our club, we’ve always pooled money to buy shoes for each member’s birthday. Unfortunately, when we filed our first warranty claim, we were met with complete disregard. The issue was clearly a defect , even though I own three pairs of the same model and only this one failed. Instead of assistance, we were blamed for "normal wear and tear," and the customer service response was a joke.
It’s a shame that a company that markets itself as customer-friendly refuses to stand behind its products. We’re done—there are other brands that actually care about their customers. Don’t believe the ads; I do not recommend.
Bami is a credit to the RAD team
Bami is a credit to the RAD team. I’ve been purchasing from RAD since their first trainer and very rarely have any issues with the product and if I do, it’s minor. The main thing about having issues as they will inevitably happen is how the customer care deal with it. I can honestly say knowing Bami is on the other end of any issue I have gives me such peace of mind buying more products, she is an absolute credit and a glowing example of 5 star customer service. Always going above and beyond to help resolve the issue and I can’t thank her enough for always helping out. For many reasons I will always support RAD, Bami’s level of customer service is one of the main reasons!
V2s - better than advertised
I’ve had like 4 pairs of the V1s and a pair of the R-1s. Have yet to go a day in the past 2+ years without R.A.D. on my feet for either all day wear, training, or travel. I just got a pair of the V2s (the Proud Mary drop) and just wanted to say:
HOLY SHIT! These are WAY better than you all advertise them to be!
I know the level of quality, design, and attention to detail you all have. But WOW! The comfort, the performance, the look, the feel; everything is perfection.

My RAD V2 had torn
My RAD V2 had torn in the front of the toe box. I sent the company a picture of what was happening and they were speedy in responding and helped me through the whole process of exchanging them! I could not have asked for any more help, they explained everything perfectly!

The RAD customer service was excellent! They had an issue with their supply that was out of their hands, through out the whole process, they were constantly updating me on the progress of my order!
As far as the products go. I can’t recommend them enough. The shoes are the best gym shoes I’ve ever had and I can’t see me buy anything else now!

I received my shoes after a very long delivery time. Unfortunately, they were too small, and I want to exchange them. I requested an exchange on their website and have now been waiting for almost 14 days for a return label, which they claim there are issues with?!
On top of that, they say that I am not guaranteed that the shoes I requested for exchange will still be available. But I really don’t see how that is my problem?
I am still waiting for a return label. But so far, I really cannot recommend buying shoes from this company!

I am very disappointed with the customer service, the worst I have ever seen.
Mis zapatillas llegaron con 10 días de retraso, me quedan pequeñas y ahora para intentar hacer el cambio llevo una semana esperando una etiqueta de devolución que no llega...No recomiendo para nada estas zapatillas porque el servicio al consumidor es pésimo y no te dan ninguna solución más que esperar y esperar, aunque te pongas en contacto con ellos por todos los medios. Las compré a últimos de enero y todavía a principios de marzo, estoy esperando la etiqueta de devolución para poder proceder al envío y cambio de talla, una vergüenza, lo nunca visto.

He comprado unas zapatillas de crossfit RAD one Teal Grey que llegaron defectuosas y no han durado ni tres meses. Desde la empresa aceptan que el producto es defectuoso pero me dicen que tienen problemas con la empresa de transporte que no saben cuando se van a resolver!! la solución: que pague yo el envío del producto y me haga cargo de los gastos.
Mal producto, mala gestión, pésima atención al cliente, cero soluciones.

I ordered a pair of the new Rads and when I completed my order my house number hadn't been put in the form. I reached out to customers services and Bami came back to me to say my order had been updated and everything should be fine. Bami was so prompt with the replies and nothing was to much trouble. Fantastic customer service thank you

Hands down the best fitness shoe I have ever used. Now on my 4th pair and can’t wait for the new V2 to arrive next week. Had multiple message with the founder Ben who is nothing but helpful and considerate. Also had chats today with Bami on customer care to add to my order, such quick and helpful responses. Cannot recommend this brand enough. Quality and feel are next level of shoes and T’s 🫶🏻
