Lasfit sent link to lights
Lasfit sent link to lights, and I ordered. Next morning, they said it was the wrong link and would ship the correct lights with no charge. Run around after getting only correct high beams for 2 wks. Now, they don't want to refund me in full. They want to subtract the se ond bulbs they sent. Mind you. The ones I paid for were 140.00. The high beams they sent were 30.00. And at first wanted me to send mine back and they would ship me another set of the 30.00 lights...I'll take my buisness elsewhere..
Would like to update my review. After several contacts, lasfit has send me a refund for my full amount spent. When asked for help with flashing with the ones they said fit. Their reply was , maybe I should just switch back to halogen that the h1 might not work for my car. Wow
New update: After second day of installing led's, they are working just fine. No more flashing. A+ in the lights, but, customer service could be better.

Buyer beware, horrible customer service
I own a 2016 for Edge SEL. I purchased high and low beam LED replacement lights as recommended by LASFIT. Low beams are great! High beams cast a strange pattern that may be as a result of 2 and 8 o'clock position of the LED emitters. I have tried calling LASFIT several time waiting on hold for up to 20-minutes. Within a few seconds of hanging up I get a text saying; sorry, we tried calling you back but not answer, please try us again. They never tried calling back! I'm not sure who this text is trying to appease.
Poor quality over priced
The product I bought was headlights.
The quality wasn't to great.
And for 70$ I expected better craftsmanship.
I would recommend RockAuto over these dudes any day.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, good quality for the money.Cargo mat should have more anti slip on back to prevent from sliding.For most mats fit is good except for drivers side mat,does not fit tight on floor posts is loose and sits too high, any suggestions?

Be aware, the customer service sucks!!!My son had sent a link for Christmas to order Lasfit LED lights for his Toyota truck. Unfortunately they do not fit so I needed to return them. I have filled out 4 request to return the item and not one response back. I also have called them and the man I spoke to said he would send the person who did retunes a message on my behalf and still nothing. The lights were not cheap so I really don't want to be stuck with LED's I cannot use.

Watch brake tail light bulbs…
I have had three vehicles where is have changed all bulbs to Lasfit let's. The only issue I have had on my 99 GMC Sierra 1500 is that the tail lights went out on both bulbs. Found out the hard way that I had no tail lights. Only 14 months old and have filed a warranty request waiting on a reply

Dec. 15th So I purchased high and low beam headlights from Lasfit. I didn't do any homework which I should have. You get A 1 yr warranty. The low beams burnt out 1 month after warranty ended. I'm in a car club so we all buy the same items about the same time. We all had the same issue and worse. Some had three different light issues and had to use warranty 3 different times. He said it was a headache trying to deal with customer service. I would use cation if purchasing. I will update this if anything else comes through with there customer service. So, here is the update. It is now Dec. 26th I did receive new headlights from Last fit. They made things right. I did receive upgraded headlights with bigger fans. So, I would recommend if your in hotter climates to upgrade your fans when purchasing. I would recommend. The Headlight are very bright and a very wide light on the road. Customer service did do what was right after all said and done. Thank you Lasfit.

i have a 2017 kia forte and had so many problems getting lowbeam bulbs that fit...i tried getting adapters and still nothing would fit...so i saw the lasfit leds that are custom made and decided to try them..to my surprise they fit like a glove and were extremely bright..i absolutely love them and absolutely would buy again

I bought several pairs of led lights for 3 different vehicles and all work really well. I get many compliments on how bright they are. I had an issue with purchasing the wrong lights and customer service responded back immediately and was able to get me back with the correct ones.
Quality vs quantity!
I purchased two sets of the new brake/ stop lights! These bulbs work very well!
Lassiter is quality, and quality costs more. However, buy the best and Lasfit is the best.
They respond very quickly and they back up what they sell. You got issues with their products and this is one company that backs up what they sell. No questions asked! I’d buy again in a heartbeat!
Great and fast customer service
I had a small problem with a single product after ordering a bunch of replacment LED bulbs. I contacted the company and heard back from them in just a couple of hours. They sent a replacement product no questions asked, which I received about 4 days after my intitial contact. Good to know great companies like this still exist!!
Automats Which Were in Service Never Shipped - Almost Impossible to Speak to Anyone
I ordered auto mats which showed in stock on a Sunday. On Wednesday when I had not received any confirmation of shipping, I filled out their online form which promises a 24 hour response. Received nothing. I called and got a voicemail stating that my call would be returned. Nothing. I filled out the online for again. No response. I called again. Went to voicemail and no reply. I try using the online chat and it was automated and said that the mats were sold out. I called a third time and finally got someone on the phone. He confirmed that the mats were sold out. I told him that they were not when I purchsed them a week and a half agao. He then told me that they sent me an email telling me that they were sold out. I told him that I had not received any such email. He told me that it must be in my span folder. I checked there. No emails. I also told him that I was having no problems receiving the spam emails that they were now sending me. Finally got him to agree to cancel my order. We shall see if it goes through ir if I will have to dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service around.

Ghosted
The LED lights are bright, but if they go bad, expect to be ghosted. They seem friendly enough, but do not follow through on customer service. Long story short, they did NOT honor their warranty.

I would not recommend any of their mats…
I would not recommend any of their mats or bed liners. The bedliner was too short and they didn't send the tailgate mat either. Customer service is pathetic and they never answer the phone. My information was correct and checked with FedEx just to be sure everything was shipped complete. Lasfit didn't ship the tailgate mat with the order. Bedliner was too short as well. No notification of any backorder, so its all going back. Quality of the bedliner was flimsy and poor. The bedliner is worthless to me. Looks like China junk.

Jeep gladiator low profile ditch lights
I have a 2022 Jeep gladiator. I bought the low profile ditch light brackets. I had them for almost a year and noticed rusting on the mounting bolts. I sent an email to customer service and within a week they sent me a replacement kit. I definitely would recommend this using this company they have high quality products and great customer service.
