Only used it for one ride so far ... but so far a positive experience. Installed it myself and linked right away with my Garmin. Much easier installation process than thought.

I was unable to actually purchase the…
I was unable to actually purchase the item on the website as it kept saying something about my card or information was invalid. I checked with my credit card company, and it wasn't being denied because of them, but rather the website itself. Trying to purchase the item elsewhere now.

Killer tracking device
Killer tracking device! I love it, and so does my partner. Easy to find the rider on the map.
Nicely syncs with all devices.
Battery life is great, never again will i have to worry about my phone battery dying or garmin. This holds strong and my phone is used for emergencies only.

Quarq customer service is the BEST!
Quarq customer service is the reason I have now bought my third Quarq power meter. They are second to none! I should add that all three meters work great!

The service was fast and easy
The service was fast and easy, they replaced the powermeter immediately, however is the second time that I’ve to send the powermeter due to malfunctioning, so it’s not that reliable. I live in Colombia but bought the powermeter in USA, big mistake since I’ve had paid more than 150 dollars in shipping for the two malfunctioning powermeters.
