It's been a week when I'm trying to contact quarq to find appropriate power meter for my bike. I sent few emails, filled 'ride assessment'.
No answer at all.

Great Power Meter, customer service and ease of install!
Having not been very satisfied with advice on Quarq power meters from a few Canadian bike shops, I called Quarq direct to determine which set to go with.
The guy I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and checked into my bikes specification to match me to the right Quarq. He even gave me a “watch out” for the chainrings that I run when switching out.
Placed an order direct with Quarq and received within a week!
Only negative would be the packaging could be a bit more secure. When received, the cranks were not in their holders within the box and we’re loose so would have rattled around inside the box.
All installed, working perfectly on the indoor trainer and now to wait for a warmer day to hit the road!

Outstanding, Fantastic and worth every penny - on time and in time - my second purchase - one for my Trek DOMANE SLR and one for my Mountain Bike - used with my Bike Workshop App that gives me the tyre pressure for each bike based on my weight and tyre size - tube or tubeless.

Awesome experience with Quarq
Awesome experience with the boys over at Quarq. Am somewhat a noobie to working on my bike and these guys got me setup with an excellent power meter that I love as well as new chain rings. Was fairly pricey but worth it in the long run.

no big deal, pay for product and they ship it, does it deserve 4 stars?
the product is as described, you get what you pay for, so that's no favor. the least they could've done is followed my instructions and shipped it to my requested address, yet they decided to do whatever they pleased and ship it to my billing address. how inconvenient. now , when no one is home i need to go to pick it up personally. why bother filling out different ship to address in the request info????
