4/23/19 This has been my first order placed with Quark.
The person whom I dealt with through the entire process is, Luke.
I will say that my experience was nothing short of "world class" Luke provided amazing service, always followed up lightening fast, provides detailed answers to all my questions, and was truly interested in providing the best customer experience. It was a great pleasure working with Luke! Give the guy a nice $ bonus when you can. He is worth it.

The experience was far from great
The experience was far from great, when you spend more than $1000 on something it is expected a fast service. In my case, it took quite some time for the order to ship and there was no information anywhere, on the site the status of the order was “completed” but I got no tracking number, nothing.
Then after a few days I sent an email to the person that sent me the purchase receipt and only then I got some information about when my order would ship. This is definitely what I expected as a service when buying something this expensive.

Excellent Power Meter
2nd Quarq PM I've purchased. Like the previous one, this one is a durable and accurate device. Purchased a Quarq b/c the SRAM Red cranks on my new bike are PM ready. Took about 15 minutes to swap chainrings and spider. Bravo on the design!

Outstanding customer service from Quarq…
Outstanding customer service from Quarq tech rep who answered pre-purchase questions I had and then placed the order for me. Quarq DZero for Specialized arrived on time and I had it installed by my LBS. I've only had a chance for a short test ride so far, but I am very happy with the power meter. It connected instantly with my Garmin 520 and 920XT, responded immediately to power changes and also saves some weight over the P1 pedals I had been using on my bike.
