I couldn't finish my purchased because my credit card is not accepted on the web ( i have enough credit) , so i wrote asking for help.
Until now no body have answer my email.
I want to replay your answer, but i couldn't find the option, my shipping address is in the USA (Florida) my credit card is from oder country!!!

Quarq is an example of what a top notch company should be. Customer service is amazing. I bought a brand new Dzero and it had a problem. I was concerned as I currently live in Australia but I bought it in NZ. No problems. Quarq's global warranty meant that I am covered. In addition, I was getting a new bike and wanted to transfer the Dzero across. Flicked an email to Quarq - got a response in under 24 hours. AMAZING! How often have you tried contacting a company and have them refer you to your local bike shop (LBS) then they refer you back to the parent company and you feel like a ping-pong ball? Not with Quarq! Thanks guys! You rock!!

Plain and simple Quarq is the best
I have had a Quarq power meter for the past year and it has been wonderful. I did have to contact Quarq for a problem that I was having that stop me from using my device but made it aggravating and they were quick to respond and had great information that helped me troubleshoot my device and get it working perfectly. I could imagine using another power meter on my bike.

I opened up an inquiry to purchase new arms that will work for my new frame. Jason was great at first getting me lined up for new arms. We set up times for him to call me on 3 occasions to purchase the product. Never called. I guess it's time to go with a different brand.
