First class for the ordering. Sadly FedEx the carrier failed to deliver the item as promised on Friday. We were in the house all day,but despite FedEx claiming to have called, we informed them that they did NOT call.we have left e mails and texts with FedEx,but we have absolutely no idea where this item is or when we will receive it,This is very disappointing as Fiamma have been brilliant in dealing with me,

Very Expensive Delivery!
Excellent service and most things you need for your caravan, but the delivery charges are expensive. Needed a part that was only £2.49 but delivery was £5.99!
