We Ordered a knob for Caravan fridge you sent the wrong part you said you had contacted your supplier this went on for days with no resolution in sight eventually we contacted our local caravan dealer they obtained the right part within 24 hours

Following our enquiries, our supplier informed us that the incorrect part had unfortunately been ordered initially. However, before we had the opportunity to update you with this information and discuss the next steps, you had already requested a refund, which we processed immediately.
