slow or non existent customer service.
product is good delivery is quick.HOWEVER i have an issue with my product so I emailed prima and I have so far waited 4 days for a response .so aftersales is rubbish and very slow .if you have an issue with the product you may as well forget about getting prompt service.sorry but I don't recommend buying from here.

A good trader
From the website it was easy to find what I wanted and I was able to buy the quantity required.
In my case the trim I required was exactly the same as the original.
Delivery was also excellent.

Ordering was easy the product is great the only thing I would say is don’t choose the Evri option for delivery the service from Evri was shocking parcel arrived weeks late and Packing was damaged I will clarify PRIMA Leisure not at fault

motorhone carpets for bailey autograph
The motorhone carpets i ordered are as described lucky for me i didnt also order the loop and latch at 30p each as new carpet come with top part of press studs. The worst thing is that I now have to purchase the other part due my motorhome not having them . Surely you would think they would send the other part even without the screws . As carpet was not cheap but good quality .had to contact you to get a tracking number so I could track as this was not on the invoice or in email saying it was dispatched . Also took 3 days from dispatch for a overnight delivery which cost me £40 dont think that was value for money .
