If there was a zero option I would have…
If there was a zero option I would have used it. I ordered a replacement Thetford cooker knob in July with a delivery date of late August.The extended delivery was not noted prior to ordering, I assumed this would be ex stock therefore. In early August I received a note from the courier to say my post code was incomplete. I contacted Prima and fair play they have despatched another but this will not arrive and till 9th September. This can only mean the items are being shipped in and not ex stock.

Part identification
A part on my motorhome split and I was unsure what to order.
I therefore sent an email to Prima asking what the part was and if they had it in stock.
I received a reply within 24 hours identifying the part and providing me with a cost for a new one.
I ordered the item and it was delivered the following day.
