Ordered and paid for a weight upgrade…
Ordered and paid for a weight upgrade May 18th. Estimated dispatch 19th June. Well that never happened. All I received was an automated excuse email , followed by several more. Eventually it arrived at the end of August.
Thankfully I didn't order anything else from them as the email states
If you order more that 1 item . They will not process delivery untill all items are in stock. 😲

Great customer service
Found a part online but wasn’t sure it was the correct size or in stock,called site and spoke to Emily(Customer Relationship Partner),who was extremely helpful,even going to find part,measured it and emailed picture within 5 minutes,couldn’t ask for more.
Hopefully the DPD delivery will be as efficient.

A completely arrogant company which is totally self serving and is not in the least customer focused.
My product issue was made to be my problem with no wish from the company to be helpful or understanding.
Burden of proof of the issue was all laid on me with no interest in knowing what the problem was.
An unreconstructed company completely left behind in this modern retail industry.

We have ordered quite a few things from here and it has always been a very quick delivery. When we had a damaged item, they arranged for it to be picked up within the week and sent out a replacement straight away. Amazing customer service!

Took nearly 7 weeks to get some replacement wheel bolts for my Bailey caravan. I wouldn’t have thought this was a particularly specialised item to obtain and would have thought you would keep them in stock.

Poor customer service …
The length of time to receive my order was unacceptable (5mths) from not being informed the company for the bedding had gone into receivership and having to ring and chase to get told and receive my refund.
