The communication was ok maybe I missed…

The communication was ok maybe I missed something when taking out the policy but the excess was extreme and for that reason I cancelled. To cancel you have to on the live chat as there is no way to do this on the portal - when cancelling I chatted with Abbie who was very reasonable and tried all she could with different offers but I had already had something else ready to go but all in all Abbie was great

I also want to thank Abbie at One Direct Insurance for her excellent support. It's unusual for online chats to go so smoothly and quickly. It's great to talk to somebody who knows what they are on about and gets things done. 10/10 Abbie :)

Excellent customer service from Shanice

I recently purchased car insurance but decided to cancel soon after. I spoke to SHANICE and she was brilliant and understanding of my decision to cancel and made the whole situation very easy and facilitated the refund and cancellation of the policy very smoothly.

I just purchased insurance today then I had to amend a few things .

I cannot believe how smooth it was with the help of the lovely SHANICE I would 100% recommend this insurance company especially if you have shanice helping you

Abbie was helpful knowledgeable and a fast typer too! I do wish she could train other ppl in their chat services... This is the kind of helpful no problem attitude that is so badly needed elsewhere. Well done Abbie and thank you
