Mauvais retour commercial Nova Ride !
Bonjour, j'ai commandé une pate de dérailleur aluminium que j'ai bien reçu, et je n'ai pas remarqué sur le descriptif que le filetage de l'axe de roue était différend du mien.
je fait donc la demande d'un échange ou d'un remboursement, via le SAV par mails.
Et j'ai une réponse ou bout de 2 semaines ou l'on m'explique que le détail est bien notifier et puis plus rien.
Ce n'est pas mon premier achat sur nova ride et je ne comprend pas cette attitude non commerciale, Si je doit faire un retour comment fait t'on .
Depuis plus aucune nouvelle et surtout pas de contact téléphonique !

Après vérification de votre dossier par notre service client, nous constatons qu'il y a un petit malentendu sur le suivi de nos échanges. Nous tenons à vous rassurer : notre équipe ne vous a pas laissé sans réponse. Voici les détails de notre dernier échange :
Le mardi 5 mai à 13h28 : Vous nous avez contactés par email pour nous signaler que la patte de dérailleur reçue ne correspondait pas au filetage de votre axe, et vous nous demandiez si nous avions une autre référence compatible en stock.
Le mardi 5 mai à 15h14 : Notre SAV vous a répondu par email pour vous apporter des précisions techniques. Depuis ce message, nous n'avions pas reçu de réponse, ni de formulation de votre part concernant une demande de retour.
Il arrive parfois que nos emails se glissent par erreur dans les courriers indésirables (spams). Nous vous invitons à vérifier votre boîte de réception.
Comment procéder pour votre retour ?

I tried to use the bundle discount…
I tried to use the bundle discount code, but the checkout system charged me full price and processed the order instantly. I contacted Shop and Nova Ride, and both blamed each other. Nova Ride ignored multiple emails for five days and still didn’t fix the issue. Then DHL added nearly 10% in extra customs and processing fees. This has been a terrible customer experience.

To benefit from our bundle offers, the discount code must be manually entered into the dedicated field during the checkout process before confirming the order. According to our Terms and Conditions:
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been processed.
Bundle discounts are valid on specific combinations (CCD + CBB or PW + CBB) and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
2. Customer Service Response Times
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Our standard response time is 1 to 3 business days. However, please note that our team does not work on public holidays. We are truly sorry for the frustration this waiting period caused.
3. Customs and Delivery Fees

Sec et entièrement en céramique, nos roulements sont insensibles à l'oxydation et ne nécessitent ni graisse ni lubrifiant.
