Nous vous remercions de nous avoir fait part de votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre colis ne vous est toujours pas parvenu à vous et votre vélo.
Ayant constaté une absence de mouvement sur votre suivi depuis le 26 mars, nous avons sollicité le transporteur DHL à plusieurs reprises. Suite à votre avis Trustpilot, nous avons effectué une nouvelle relance ce matin. Une procédure d'investigation officielle est actuellement en cours et, à ce stade, le colis semble malheureusement égaré par le transporteur.
Dès que la procédure sera clôturée par le transporteur DHL, notre service après-vente reviendra vers vous pour procéder à l'envoi immédiat d'un nouveau colis, sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
Nous regrettons sincèrement ce contretemps indépendant de notre volonté et vous remercions de votre patience. Nous restons à votre entière disposition pour tout complément d'information.
