I bought the shimano pulley wheel
They were quiet wide at the center they didn't sit properly in the cage, ended up removing them and also bought the derailleur hanger UHD for shimano, it turns out it doesn't fit my frame
All in all not a good experience

However, if the parts do not fit properly, it is likely that your bike is equipped with a Dura-Ace 12-speed group set, which would mean the incorrect product reference was ordered.
Regarding the derailleur hanger: as specified on the product page for our NRC Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger UDH for Shimano, this component is only compatible with frames that have the UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) standard.

Comme précisé dans le titre et la description de la fiche produit, notre modèle NRC Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger UDH pour Shimano est exclusivement compatible avec les cadres utilisant le standard de patte de dérailleur arrière UDH.
Procédure de retour.
Pour initier votre demande de remboursement, nous vous invitons à suivre les étapes suivantes :
1. Notification : Envoyez un e-mail à sav@novatoride.com en mentionnant votre numéro de commande avant tout renvoi.
2. Conditions : Le produit doit être neuf, non utilisé (jamais installé) et retourné dans son emballage d'origine dans un délai de 30 jours suivant la réception.
3. Frais et transport : Les frais de retour sont à votre charge. Nous ne facturons aucun frais de restockage, mais les frais de livraison initiaux ne sont pas remboursables.
4. Inspection : Dès réception, nous inspecterons le produit. Si celui-ci est jugé conforme et recommercialisable, votre remboursement sera traité immédiatement.

J ai acheté une chape carbone via un site internet, mon vélociste était bloqué dans le montage , le ressort du bras ne fonctionnait pas avec nouveau dérailleur sram red ,,Il fallait retoucher la pièce. Avant de faire cette opération, j ai essayé de contacter le sav au plus vite!! Le néant , personne !!!! Sav inexistant !!! Produit pas adapté !!! A fuir!!! Prochaine fois , je reprendrai speedceramic

Great part but paid $110 tariff on a $180 part. Realize this is not the fault of Nova Ride but was not aware of the size of the tariff and did not have a way to refuse shipment without losing $180.

Bottom bracket is fine watch for tariffs
Bottom bracket is fine. US buyers just be aware you could get charged with a tariff. I I had to pay an additional 49 dollars. Had I known that I would have passed on this bottom bracket

Service client désastreux et de mauvaise foi
Malheureusement Vendeur non conciliant qui vous vend un produit hors côte et se protège derrière sans essayer de comprendre. Pédalier bloqué une fois le pédalier monté sur le vélo avec leur BDP.Dommage à fuir si vous ne voulez pas de problème avec un pédalier rotor.
