Had two of their Sram Rival AXS cages…
Had two of their Sram Rival AXS cages fail in the same area with less than 1000 miles on them. Fortunately caught it in time before the cage ended up in the wheel. Response by Nova ride was they've never seen it before and they cant take it back since it was mounted.

We regret that our initial response did not meet your expectations. While we take pride in the durability of our products, we want to investigate exactly what happened in your case to ensure it doesn't happen again. Even if a product has been mounted, a structural failure under 1000 miles deserves a thorough technical inspection.
As a reminder, our warranty conditions cover exclusively:
- Structural defects in the carbon fiber.
- Defects in the aluminum pulleys.
- Product non-conformity to its original, new condition.
However, this warranty does not cover (non-exhaustive list):
- Damage resulting from an impact or fall.
- Assembly or disassembly not in accordance with the technical instructions.

Nous vous remercions de nous avoir fait part de votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre colis ne vous est toujours pas parvenu à vous et votre vélo.
Ayant constaté une absence de mouvement sur votre suivi depuis le 26 mars, nous avons sollicité le transporteur DHL à plusieurs reprises. Suite à votre avis Trustpilot, nous avons effectué une nouvelle relance ce matin. Une procédure d'investigation officielle est actuellement en cours et, à ce stade, le colis semble malheureusement égaré par le transporteur.
Dès que la procédure sera clôturée par le transporteur DHL, notre service après-vente reviendra vers vous pour procéder à l'envoi immédiat d'un nouveau colis, sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
Nous regrettons sincèrement ce contretemps indépendant de notre volonté et vous remercions de votre patience. Nous restons à votre entière disposition pour tout complément d'information.

The product is beautiful... Very well made... So initially the company made an error in sending only part of the shipment to me. Upon receiving the part shipment or my order I emailed them about the issue. They immd acknowledged the error made and shipped the balance parts.
