I reached out to Nightfox following a recent extremely stressful time due to continued unsuccessful attempts to recover substantial monies owed to me. I had lost hope of any progress The situation was leaving my business, livelihood and ultimately my family at risk, it was really affecting my health.

Right from the very first call I felt some hope return as the options, possibilities were explained to me. I accept it didnt happen overnight however a substantial and significant amount of the debt owed was recovered for me, I cannot thank Nightfox enough particularly Joanne who's calm, kind demeanor offered me hope at a really tough time.

It's extremely sad that unfortunately in my experience the police seem happy to consider all such matters "civil" when it's quite clear that actions are dishonest and the matter amounted to theft.

I spoke to Brian and he was completely honest with me, telling me how he didn't want to take on the debt collection as the debtor already had 6 CCJs against him with no assets. Can't fault the honesty as not many people would be so up front.

I had a tenant who wouldn’t pay and wouldn’t leave. Met with Nightfox and secured their services. The problem went away pretty quickly. Don’t expect a lot of chat, just the solution.

I had a financial challenge after being mis sold a car of 16 grand.
The car dealer continued playing games for weeks with the refund of the 16 grand.

At first I was so hesitant to contact Nightfox Investigations regarding a debtor who is owing me. When I contacted them they called me back immediately, they are professional, understanding and helpful. Phil reassured me that they will do everything it takes to get my money back from the debtor who thinks he can deprive me of my hard earned money. I have never use a collection recovery agency before and was a little hesitant to do so. Made an inquiry for my mum to see if these guys could help. Once i put in a few details guy on the phone right away ready to take action. No BSing just straight to it and all i had to do was send a few details company name etc and that was it. Fantastic crowd to deal with.

These guys (especially Phil) are amazing and understand how you feel when somebody thinks they can just deprive you of your hard earned money! They actually listen when you talk and get onto things ASAP - no back and forth with forms and e-mails like other so called debt recovery companies. I can't recommend them enough! And, honestly, I wish the courts system had the same sympathy they do.

Having taken a substantial upfront fee to collect our debt. They have done absolutely nothing to make any attempt at recovery. I received a few phone calls to say that things were going on behind the scenes, but I don't believe they even made contact with the debtor. I have had no reply to any of my emails asking for progress reports.
Having done a little investigating myself, I find that the illusion of this company being nationwide is totally bogus. their offices are all serviced offices.
I was stupid to pay an upfront fee; any decent company would have provided the service and take their fee from the collection. I trusted them.
I seriously hope this review stops anybody else being taken for a fool. This company is worse than the debtor that owed me the money in the first place.
