Nightfox investigations attempted to levy what we believed were disproportionate fees onto a debt they were collecting.
As per my legal rights I requested a breakdown of these fees to ensure they were legally justifiable.
I requested this breakdown on 25th August '25 and made repeated requests through September and October. No breakdown was ever provided, despite their protestations that they were legally justifiable and recoverable. Nightfox actually wiped the fees in December.

I can't describe how thankful I am to the Nightfox team, I fell victim to a cowboy mechanic who happily took my money but had failed to repair my car.
I was left out of pocket and without a road worthy car. After exhausting all other avenues I decided to contact Nightfox. From the off, I was confident that they would be able to recover my money, the process was simple and within 9 weeks, they had acquired the full amount that I was owed.
