Horrendous experience with these people, their behaviour is untrustworthy, they promise you will get your money back but don’t deliver . Illegal practices used. They lie and slander customers.

Second time I've had to get help to deal with a customer not paying up on completed bathroom works. After success the first time with Antony and his team at Nightfox, I spoke to Joanne and again she understood straight away what needed to be done.

I sent in my unpaid invoices, shared photographs of the completed works and the recent excuses from my customer for non-payment. Nightfox sent me a swift message to say that the case was underway and to wait for news. £2,450.00 might not be a lot of money to some, but it is to my small business.

4 days later, they called me to confirm that the invoices had been paid. I really hope I don't have to use debt collectors again, but if I find myself with another 'cowboy customer' as I call them, I will be straight back on the phone.

My company had a problem with a few repeat bad payers, we offer domestic ironing and laundry to hotels and they simply would never pay us on time or ever, we have used Nightfox multiple times over the years and would recommend

I would highly recommend Nightfox Investigations. I had been trying to recover money owed to me by a debtor who continually avoided me and came up with endless excuses as to why he couldn't pay. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful trying to get any progress myself, as I was constantly being fobbed off.

Nightfox Investigations initially visited the debtor, and this prompted him to start making payments. Although these are being made weekly, the important thing is that payments have started and I no longer have the stress and frustration of repeatedly chasing him myself.

The difference this has made is invaluable. Having someone professional deal with the situation on my behalf has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and saved me so much time and aggravation.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Night Fox Investigations to do their research carefully before paying them.

I contacted this company for help recovering overdue invoices from contractors who owed me money. A representative named Phil visited me at home to discuss the situation and explained that the company could help recover the outstanding debts.

I was quoted £5000, which I paid for the expenses and costs associated with pursuing the debts.

Unfortunately, despite the money I paid, none of my outstanding debts have been recovered. The company visited my clients' addresses, but this did not result in any payments being made. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome, particularly given the expectations created during the initial discussions.

I am also unhappy that the company is now seeking additional costs from me despite the lack of successful recovery. I am disputing these additional costs.

Based on my experience, I do not feel that the service delivered justified the money I paid, and I would urge others to carefully examine the terms of any agreement and the realistic prospects of recovery before committing to such a substantial upfront fee.

This has been a very frustrating and costly experience, and I would not choose to use this company again.

We instructed NightFox to collect a debt, which they did in full. We have now struggled for them to actually pay us the money they collected almost 8 months ago. We are not the only company they have done this to, my advice is avoid like the plague. They have turned out to be much worse than the actual debtor themselves. SCAM

Contacted Nightfox at 5pm on Monday.
Spoke to a guy called Phil.
Advised that i had give a debtor a deadline to pay on the Friday which was not adhered too.
Phil advised even though the debtor was in Central London he could have ''men on the ground'' 8am the next morning.
Phil calls myself at 10:30am Tuesday and says ''Mike can you check your Bank for me Dean is with the debtor now and has had the payment sent to you.
22K paid in full could not pays these lads 15% success fee invoice quick enough, wow just wow.

I have just used night fox investigations and found them very professional and easy to deal with

Nightfox is an exceptionally reliable company with a genuinely passionate team. I was cheated by a former company I served, which refused to pay my wages after I had worked for them. They denied my entitlement simply because I was not an indigene and assumed I had no way to fight back.

After an initial phone call with Nightfox, and an initial meeting with their agent, I felt extremely positive and reassured that someone was going to help me at last with the predicament in which I found myself.

However, as soon as I had paid them 20% of the debt as a deposit by bank transfer as they requested, everything changed.

Nothing that was promised transpired. I had to constantly chase for updates only to be brushed off with excuses or ignored completely and three years on I am still worse off than when I first spoke with them as they have failed to even recoup my initial deposit let alone any of the debt.

I submitted a formal complaint to the company, as per their guidelines published on their website, and nigh on two months later I have not heard anything. I shall now be putting this in the hands of the legal service.

As a vulnerable pensioner in my 80’s with numerous health issues, I entrusted Nightfox with my life savings only to be let down in the worst possible way.

Since publishing my initial review last week, I have been requested by Truspilot to amend it in adherence with their guidelines which I have been happy to do.

I have been advised by Trustpilot that Nightfox have responded to my review and asked for a reply: -

1. I have invoices from Nightfox regarding the monies recovered showing that commission was, contrary to what has been declared, deducted at 10% and VAT was also deducted. I would be happy to publish said invoices if you so wish.

2. All complaints that I have raised with you bear my signature and should have been investigated by yourselves. Again, I am happy to publish the documents.

3. I wholeheartedly standby the contents of my review being an accurate portrayal of my experience with Nightfox.
