Everytime weeks I phoned for a update…
Every 2 weeks I phoned for a update the person answering the phone wasn't very helpful he kept saying when we have a update we will contact you.
Sean contacted me only vis email called me when I send a email requesting a call, if I could go back and use someone else I would.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Extremely slow . Had to wait 3 days for a curtesy car . Lengthy on hold then call hung up multiple times . No rush to get curtesy car off hire or payment paid out with held x amout from payment apparently until they get payment for my vehicle to be picked up and stored ..i was told i would receive the with held money with in 3 >5 working days once I signed a on line document. Im on day 9 now and I will now be paid on Friday...apparently that'll be day 12 .. more than double the maximum time . Ive had multiple excuses from problems with my account details to the only person in the office that can clear cheqs is off sick only to pop in and clear my payment for it to be paid by no later than 02:00 this morning, yet still no payment as they still on the sick . Dont know how that works ... says on the computer yes cleared for payment not to be paid as that person is still off sick .. always pushing for another couple of days not to pay . I dont belive for a minute the only person that can clear cheques has been off sick for 3 weeks now ... cowboy firm . Stay clear of them not long had another email from them and its back to my account details

This has been a terrible experience
This has been a terrible experience! My case was handled by nick carter which only communicated with me on his terms when he wanted to provide info unable otherwise sent numerous emails to him and CS with no response from any of them even asked to make a complaint and no response no follow up call for personal injury despite requesting this on numerous occasions! Called 3 times today and got the same person MATT eho disconnected the call all three times cause i asked to speak with manager called again waiting 10mins in the que each time and spoke with another agent who also disconnected the call when asked to speak with manager! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from nationwide 0 customer service i would like a subject access request immediately as this will be going to the ombudsman if not sorted!
