Avoid these people like the plague. Horrible people to deal with, duped into believing they were our insurance company as their web address is using myallianz.xxx so you think you’re contacting Allianz. At no time do they make themselves known. BEWARE!!!
The reply below from Nationwide is false (and a lazy copy and paste one at that). The subdomain has been put up by them deliberately and using SEO bubbles its way to the top of search order. They deliberately use myallianz.insurancexxxx to dupe people into thinking it is Allianz (see other reviews) the phone number is nationwide (after searching separately) at no point do they identify themselves as such, just ‘claims department’. Have reported to CMO and Action Fraud. Allianz will also investigate.

Am I the only only person who is having…
Am I the only only person who is having problems. I don’t think the rest of the reviews are even real. Iv been left with no car. No cheque or bank transfers for my car that was written off for my non fault accident and now being asked to hand over my wrecked car and be left with no money to go buy another and no using public transport to get to work. Very disappointed and had them hang up on me as they couldn’t answer my questions.
