Great heaters and customer service
Great heaters. Really safe with kids and pets and easy to move around. Good level of heat and cheap to run. Very pleased with purchase.
Fantastic friendly customer service that goes above and beyond. Our Imus got damaged (our fault) and they were so helpful and fixed it for us. Quick replies to emails and always helpful.

Fabulous customer service
We ordered a IMUS patio heater online, which was delivered promptly after a helpful follow-up phone call from Mensa about the colour. Excellent service.
Unfortunately, it developed a fault with the tube and stopped working after a few days. When we e-mailed in, it was dealt with immediately by the CEO. We were sent a Royal Mail postage-paid label, sent the heater back and it was returned, repaired, a few days later.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have ordered a grey heater online after browing the website. The actual item won't be available until December, so I am looking forward to its arrival and trust it will all be fine. So far so good!

Really good personal service
We ordered a heater from Mensa Heating. it arrived v quickly with good communication. Unfortunately it was faulty, so I contacted Irma on the number given with the heater instructions. She emailed me a label to print in order to return the heater. The heater was repaired and returned very quickly. We both commented on how simple and efficient the process had been. Really good personal service.

I changed the 2Kw electric convection…
I changed the 2Kw electric convection heater in my wife’s room for a 550 watt Imus heater and she says her feet have never been warmer, in fact if there was a 250w heater I suspect she would be satisfied with that. A brillian
