No delivery, no communication

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago - still not received dispatch confirmation. I've tried calling 10 times, sent 3 emails, and tried the chatbot - all contact is ignored. I'm afraid I'll be resorting to ebay next time.

The reply below states that the warehouse contacted me - I've gone through emails and spam and the definitely have not - the only message I received about the order was that it was dispatched (which is clearly was not).

I can see that our warehouse had previously emailed you regarding a delay with this order due to a stock issue. We also responded to your email from Wednesday afternoon within our advised 48 working hour communication turnaround.

Our phone lines are currently extremely busy due to the seasonal demand we are experiencing, however we certainly are not ignoring customer communications.

We completely understand the frustration caused by delays and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Broken item and Poor customer service

Purchased a part for my mower, it didn’t work. So I called, and called, they didn’t pick up, email were non responsive as well (only one answer to several emails)…. Their online chat bot may as well not be there, I am £108 out of pocket, and they are just not cooperating…..

Customer service SUCKS!!

Just as an update, 20 minutes after this review, I got an answer back from them. I requested a refund and I’m going to shop somewhere else.

We’re sorry to read your review and that you’ve been unhappy with your experience.

To clarify, the part supplied was a brand new genuine Husqvarna component. The queries raised in your emails related to diagnosing faults with the machine itself rather than an issue with the part supplied. Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to remotely diagnose or troubleshoot individual machines, as there can be a number of underlying causes beyond the part fitted.

We can also confirm that we had responded to your enquiry prior to this review being left, and as you’ve noted, we followed up again shortly afterwards. At this time of year we are handling a very high volume of enquiries, particularly from customers needing help diagnosing machines, which has led to delays, and for that we do apologise. We are currently bringing in and training additional staff to help improve response times.

As already advised, you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund, which will be processed promptly once it’s received back with us.

Disappointing customer service

Well, the catalogue is broad and the company carry a wide range of parts. However, the customer service, picking up of emails is very slow. It feels as if customer service is one person, Freddie, overwhelmed and protected by the automated query acknowledgement and promise to get back to you. But don't hold your breath. Wrong size primer bulb sent to me...long journey. I wish I had gone to a local supplier. I have no acknowledgement of the return and the refund, who knows. Disappointing service is the bottom line.

We can confirm that your order was fully refunded last week. If you have not seen this yet, we would recommend checking with your payment provider as it may take a few days to show depending on their processing times.

We also need to point out that this matter was unfortunately made more difficult to resolve, as the return correspondence and details were not consistently sent directly to us. Some of the emails appear to have been sent back to yourself rather than to our support team, which meant we did not receive the information needed to process things as quickly as we would have liked.

We completely understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused However, we do feel it’s important to clarify that the refund has been completed and that we were working with limited communication on this case.

If there is anything further you need, please do let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointing. Initial phone contact easy, very knowledgeable and helpful staff member.
For two days I have been trying to make contact, they are continuously stating they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes and that the best way to contact them is via email. I have emailed them (yesterday) and have had no response.
I am surprised and disappointed after excellent
initial contact. It must be even worse for people who have ordered something and are unable to contact them

Chasing a part for an obsolete sit-on mower

Confirmed part was not in stock and advised correctly when it would be shipped to their Irish branch for onward transmission to the UK.
When I left a call-back message with the Manchester office regarding tracking the goods, as I had misread the tracking number, a gentleman responded promptly and courteously. The parts were delivered today as promised.

Don't bother

Don't bother, no communication and then 'magically' they send a tracking number when called after a week and a half and now it's en route from their 'secondary warehouse' in Ireland. The phone line is also 10-4, not 9-5 as per the website.

As a small, family-run business we are closed at 6pm on Saturdays, so seeing a negative review appear on Sunday morning before we’d had any opportunity to respond is disappointing. We always want to support our customers and will do everything we can to put things right if a mistake has been made.

Selling items not in stock, painful getting refund

I ordered some parts on 16th July. Immediately received an email saying out of stock for 4-5 days. Happy to wait.
Days later received email saying no at least 4-5 weeks. Refund would be issued within 2 days. Several emails, even have a WhatsApp group (received response today saying it had been down?)
Ultimately - No refund so raised PayPal dispute and received refund.
What a complete waste of time.
Don't trust the feedback on their own webpage. I shave looked here first. Lesson learned.

We’re really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your recent experience with us.

To clarify, one of the items you ordered was unfortunately not in stock. We did issue a refund as soon as this was requested. However, because a PayPal case was opened before the refund could process, PayPal's system automatically places the transaction on hold while they conduct their investigation. This prevents us from issuing the refund directly and typically adds a minimum delay of 48 hours (or more), which is unfortunately outside of our control.

We completely understand how frustrating that delay can be, especially after being initially told the item would only be a short wait. Our communication should have been clearer, and we apologise for the confusion caused.

We're always aiming to improve, and we're genuinely sorry that this experience fell short. If you’d like to discuss anything further or give us the chance to make things right in future, you’re welcome to contact us directly.

Diabolical outfit

Diabolical outfit, no response to emails regarding a simple question of have you posted item yet! If they just said yes then fine it is in the RM system and will arrive at some point, no, not a dicky bird, nowt, nothing.
Lucky I paid via paypal, so will be easy and quick the get a refund if I have no response by end of play tomorrow 15th July.
****AVOID this shower like the plague****

Placed an order on 27th June 2025, No delivery on a small package and it is now 12th July. Terrible customer service as other reviews mentioned and really slow delivery.
If you need a part in a few days avoid this seller.

Rarely actually have the items in stock

For the second time, items showing in stock were not actually available and like other reviews on here I've just been advised that there will be a 7-10 day delay in delivering my order. Last time the problem was sorted quickly hence ordering again. I won't make that mistake again. Order cancelled.

Ordered replacement Stihl Hedgetrimmer…

Ordered replacement Stihl Hedgetrimmer blades on 15th April. The company took the money then the next day Dean Cooke from Ireland advised me there would be a 7 -10 working day delay before delivery. Tired of waiting and endless phone calls not being answered I sent an Email on 28th May requesting cancelation of order. The company acknowledged the cancelation request and Freddie asured me that he would request the order be canceled and I would be refunded. 15th June - Still no refund! My patience is exhausted, I need to take advise from Which? Legal Services.

If you need a part in a certain time, don't buy here

Ordered a chainsaw clutch well in advance of when needed and emailed to tell me it's out of stock. Money already taken.
I'll now have to source another and wait for the refund so no saw when needed. Why are items available to purchase if not in stock? It's a bit frustrating.

Strimmer air filter ordered 22 May; 9 days later no sign of any delivery. Phoned 29th to be advised it is now out with Royal Mail.
Will NOT use this supplier ever again. Sussex based customer

No good bad service

Item out of stock I said I would wait but still not received well after the 10 days they said it would take. Communication is terrible as they send one email saying they will investigate then nothing still no goods but still charged for them... I would not recommend....

In response to your response tried contacting you just get one email back then no follow up over and over...

All okay in the end.

So, ordered belt on Sunday and it arrived Thursday but they had picked the wrong one. It was also not a Genuine belt but alternative brand. Emailed and called and after a long time on hold got the option for a call back. A lovely lad called Callum called me back. We had a debate about the website description of OEM which suggests to me an original genuine belt, however, the company interpret it as meaning a belt built to the OEM spec but can be an alternative brand. I wanted an original so cancelled my order. They have provided return postage due to picking error. I await a full refund on return which they have promised. I can’t give 5 stars based on the picking errors and telephone wait time. I also think that OEM should mean it’s a genuine part from the OEM rather than just the spec but perhaps that’s up to interpretation.

Callum was helpful and polite and quick to resolve so pay rise for Callum!
