Easy to order and very quick delivery. Item well packaged but not overly so. I ordered a replacement part for a heater that does a great job.

I love my Imus heater! As someone who gets easily cold, Imus is a perfect portable heater that I can bring around my home, in my garden, on my balcony etc to keep me warm. It also has safe-touch, which means I don't have the worry of my dog getting burnt.

Irma was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem with our heater and arranging a replacement part, together with instructions on how to install the new lamp holder.

We were looking for a way to more efficiently heat our offices with the cost of utilities on the rise in the UK. Our MD came across this company and the marketing material spoke for itself boasting about the impressive cost efficiency and safety of these heaters. We bought a couple initially to test them and we were quickly impressed. The heaters have no heat up time instantly heating those arounds them, they offer a nice comforting heat a bit like a warm hug on a winters day, they are incredibly efficient to run, they are safe to touch, require no set-up, simply plug in and turn on to instantly feel the benefits. We have since ordered around 20 of these heaters to be the primary heat source for our business. The customer service has been excellent, a couple of heaters had damaged bulbs which may have been due to poor handling in transit or unboxing but the customer service team sent replacement bulbs in a couple of days without a quibble. When placing bulk orders they offered discount and they cant do enough to help. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Whilst they may be on the more expensive side in comparison to traditional fan heaters or oil filled radiators they are worth every penny and would pay for themselves in energy savings alone.

Couldn’t find information on how much it costs to use electricity per hour.

What a great Company. I had a problem with the initial delivery of a heater which probably was damaged in transit. The Company accepted the problem without question and replaced the faulty heater without question. The replacement works fine and does the job perfectly. Would have no hesitation in recommending this comoany

Excellent value, timely delivery and all worked well

Absolutely brilliant patio-heater which we use in our Breeze House. What’s even better is the exceptional customer-service we’ve just experienced when the heater stopped working after 11 months of use. I contacted Mensa Heating and Irma the CEO Of Mensa Heating (UK) got back to me within hours of my email. She was keen to diagnose the problem and quickly identified it as the lamp-house element having blown. She promised to send me a replacement lamp-house and sure enough this arrived the next working day. The instructions she provided were easy to follow and within an hour or so of getting the right screwdrivers (torx T15 & T20 which only cost a few pounds on Amazon) I had replaced the lamp-house and all was working as good as new. A sign of a great product and company is the way they handle any potential complaints - I have nothing to complain about as this issue was handled expediently and in a friendly and courteous manner - thank you Irma, I definitely recommend your products and Mensa Heating to others.
