Absolutely first class service
We ordered the heater one day it came the next. Heater works really well for us and is just what we needed. I also use it in my office to save putting all the central heating on.

Early days because I bought these (2x IMUS) in advance of the cooler weather and have only used them so far to make sure they are in full working order.
All I can say so far is they look good, they heat up really quickly and cool down just as quickly which means they're easy to put away. They fit brilliantly under a patio table and the service was excellent from Mensa-Heating. Well-packaged and very quick delivery

Amazing service, and a company to restore faith in humanity! We recently bought a under table infrared heater and after it’s first use I brought it back inside….only to find 30 seconds later that our house rabbit had eaten though the (unplugged) mains cable. We asked Mensa heating if they could send a new cable with instructions or if they have a repair service and they kindly fixed it at no charge and only asked for us to cover postage. What a lovely company. Thanks so much!

We bought the under patio heater, but when the box arrived despite having fragile all over it it was badly damaged and the lamp had broken.

The after care from Mensa was second to none and Irma was fantastic. She immediately arranged for a new lamp to be sent, and when that didn't work as i think we did not fit it correctly - she arranged pick up of the heating unit and then sent it back to us 3 days laters - in 100% working order. This was brilliant customer care and I was very impressed. We used the patio heater straight away - and it generates a lot of heat, which is immediate and you dont have to wait for a fire to heat up or have gas cannisters. I would thoroughly recommend. I recently purchased an Imus patio heater, the website was easy to use and the heater arrived very quickly and well packed. I did have a small issue over the colour of the heater but this was quickly resolved within an hour of me contacting the company, if only all companies offered such good customer service.
As regards the heater it has exceeded my expectations, it is larger than I expected (about the size of an old fashioned paraffin heater if you can remember that far back) the heat it gives out is instant and pretty hot - you need to sit directly in front of the heater to feel the benefit but even at 1 metre away the heat is still good. As they say on their website the heater is safe to touch even when on. We have used the heater outside and in a large conservatory both to great effect, another benefit of the Imus is that it is silent unlike the old fan heater.
Although not cheap I am pleased I made the purchase.

Goods arrived well packed and in good condition. Ready for use under our garden table in the coming weeks.

I love the fact that it is safe for pets and not hot to touch. Good for heating legs under a table and could be carried on holidays easily.

I used this heater for the first time today. We had outside visitors arrive in the sunshine and then the weather turned to hail and snow. The heater was in our gazebo with 3 people sitting around . It gave a lovely warmth . I was impressed by the cool walls since I have young grandchildren. Felt really safe.

Amazing heaters
They have kept me warm outside in March, two under the patio table though one would be enough. They are completely safe around my dogs as you can touch them when they are on yet feel nothing. They are so safe. Keep soft furnishings safely away and check that these are not getting hot. This infra red technology is wizardry and awesome. They are very cheap to run, look stylish and are easy to store as they are compact. I use an outdoors extension reel so I can place them anywhere. I love them.

Great service just not sure the product (under table heater) delivers as described, we were still clod the two of them under the table.

Imus heater arrived very quickly. It seems good quality although as billed not massive amount of heat and works best for two people under the table. It stopped working after a couple of weeks and Irma offered to either repair it straight away at no cost or send a replacement bulb out immediately. I took that option and replaced the bulb myself which was fiddly but Irma provided detailed instructions. It is now working perfectly again.
Was pleased with swift and responsive service.

The heater arrived very promptly and we look forward to using it in the coming months.
