Saw the advert in the Sunday Times, looked good so I ordered 2. They came on Wednesday morning in the meantime I was kept completely in the loop on the stages of order preparation and delivery. Two packages arrived very well wrapped and the products inside were exactly as described. High quality, well finished and perfect working order.

Elegant, easy to lift and manoeuvre into place, great way for us elderly people to be able to use our garden spaces more, and - hopefully- soon be able to meet up with family and friends.

Infrared light is understandably very strong if you sit low in a small garden room and sensitive to direct light in your face.

Arrived in super quick time, 2 days and was well packaged. Used to heat up our converted garage space which it did effectively. Looks great too. Looking forward to taking it outside in the next month.

Excellent product, I got it to use in my summer house, I would recommend this heater. I received it within a few days of ordering really quick delivery.

The IMUS heater is excellent, and arrived within 48hrs of order, and updates provided promptly via email.

The follow-up customer service from Mensa Heating was superb - I had a problem with the infrared bulb and they resolved it very quickly and with no fuss, so I was back up and running within 24hrs.

Easy site to order from. Excellent delivery time. Came within 2/3 days and was well packaged. Really love the look. Neat and classy. A little disappointed with the heat output. Not too bad under a table but heat doesn't travel very far outside even when you're huddled around it. Like that the unit doesn't get too hot to the touch.

Bought an IMUS model electric heater based on then manufacturers description and have not regretted it at all.

The key factor was the safety feature but when you add the style and the fact it is so easily portable it makes it worth investing in.

The heat radiated is good .It is for those cool evenings in the Autumn or a conservatary .I would recommend the product.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is no tracking system on the invoice to estimate delivery.
The company were very adept and helpful at answering my questions.

Superb heater that does what it says on the tin. With lockdown works great for sitting out the back for sun and fresh air. Avoid rain obviously. Fast delivery, excellent customer service and when I had a small probably self inflicted issue fixed in a couple of days. Highly recommend. Good value for money as well due to its running costs.
