Determined attitude that he was going to find x it before he left. He came down with the old part in his hands. Not an old washer, he had come with a complete new part. Gave a smile and told me any problems and he would be back. There was no mess left, thanks to the Magna workers

We have had two jobs done very close together , A new fence replaced by Pete , Joel and Ryan + Pete No 2 , A truly fantastic job , Fran and Michaela , The Ladies in the office were also brilliant , Thank you very much. Plus thank you to Connor also .

Absolutely horrendous and disgraceful treatment to be left in this situation with two children, including a newborn baby.

I woke up, had a shower, and then noticed water leaking through the downstairs light fitting. This was extremely dangerous, so I immediately isolated the electrics and contacted Magna straight away. However, nearly 48 hours later, we are still without any proper washing facilities, leaving me and my children only able to strip wash. This is completely unacceptable, especially when caring for a baby and a disabled child.

As a single mother, this situation has had an extreme impact on my mental health and wellbeing. The stress, lack of support, and being left without basic facilities for my children has been overwhelming.

I was told today that repairs would be carried out and the upstairs wet room would be replaced, yet I have received no communication whatsoever. I contacted them twice and was repeatedly told someone would be in touch. I have now been informed that no one even picked the job up, meaning we are expected to wait even longer.

This level of service and lack of urgency is shocking given the safety risks and the circumstances my family is in.

Following my inquiry I quickly received a reply from the customer care team which informed me of the action they'd put in place and gave me a timescale for the next phase of my inquiry. I received their reply within just a few minutes of sending my initial email. An excellent response! Thank you.

The electrician and plumber who atttended our home to sort out the ongoing problem with our shower are excellent tradesmen and a credit to Magna. Excellent

Ex Magna Tenant but due to having my Ex and daughters still in a magna property! I would like to share some experiences that I had faced and what my ex and children still have to go through. In the first property, we faced damp and mould, this destroyed numerous brand new furniture to move into that property with, and multiple new baby items and baby clothing. None of this listed could be saved. The second property had mould and the final home had mould seems like magna love that and cover it up, issues in the last home were reported before we fully moved in yet they never cared enough to fix it bare in mind she was pregnant and we had a baby now they are 3 and 2 yet the issue is still not been resolved, as for the neighbour he had confronted me and mentioned he needed to sleep at a certain time, now tell me why he's up and about slamming things about and deliberately trying to wake my kids up??? My Ex has a disability anti-nmda receptor encephalitis, then our daughter has autism. Whenever i visit my daughters the moment i knock on the door he slams the window to make it known. You've got so much evidence yet your neglecting a tenant. This individual who has this sent to her ought to be sacked for this as she doesn't care what so ever.

As for my time living in this home i witnessed the countless times an email was sent and cleary was ignored because as we can still see the issue is still there. The door is taped up and having it be a one of the two fire exits this should have been sorted long ago. Also to mention when living there I would also hear the many times walls were banged on late at night and slamming doors/kitchen draws

False reports on our children, stress and fear.

The review you replied back with mentioning it was attended, it was ticked off to save your company from any flack though we know that magna doesn't care.

It doesn't take 31 months to get this sorted well MANY issues reported to you...

I reported an issue and Magna got back to me within 48 hours as agreed. They are sending a builder to my father's address tomorrow. Thank you for a prompt professional and friendly service.

Plumber came and replaced my toilet seat.was in good time and took 5 minutes.This was his second visit but not his fault.He was told that my washing machine was leaking.I don't have a washing machine.This was something I reported as the communal machine about 3 months before(was fixed).Very weird report.Needless to say the plumber didn't have a new seat with him so I had to report it again.All is fine and dandy now.Was all a bit messed up.I was using a toilet cage following my ankle accident so decided to change to an ordinary Loo Seat.Which I had but some parts were missing so it wasn't as stable as it could be.The plumber was really helpful all the p
way through it all
