Unfortunately I may been blocked for mcbid what can I do to have my account reactivate?

I truly enjoyed Mac Biden at first but they do a lot of shady business. They never take care of anything but if you do something wrong as a consumer, you’re hit with extra charges! Their customer service SUCKS! You can win a bid and told you won the bid but they will keep the bidding going! Their response is “it’s a glitch in the system!” Done with them…..

Yesterday was my third purchase at MAC.BID. Shame on me for thinking anything had changed. Every purchase has been missing parts or broken. My latest purchase was an office chair. It was listed as an Open Box item. I could inspect it before bidding, but they're only open from 12-6, and are across town from my home so hours and location don't make it worth my time. The chair's base had one leg broken off. Easy to see had they inspected it. Easy to see and not some minor damage. Severe damage. They are selling a bunch of trash. I will not purchase from them again.

They are price gouging people with all the hidden fees.I had to pay a one day $25.00 hold fee for foam doggie steps because I was unable to pick up the due date but went the next day.This use to be $5.I cancelled my membership that day.They don't appreciate the customers.But in all honesty the place should be shut down due to the damaged ,and broken items they are selling.You have to ask yourself why was this broken or missing parts item even back in circulation to sell.I think this Mac.bid business or amazon return service is doing bad business practices without being held accountable.Save your money folks.Avoid bidding with this company

The absolute best advice for MAC.BID? Just stay away if you don't want to lose money. You have to accept that there WILL be trash that you buy. These are returns from retail stores. Folks returned these things for a reason. I'm out ~$300 with my last go around with them this past week. I won't be back unless I have money to throw away and I dont want to donate it to a good cause or buy some Powerball tickets.

First time doing it. Pretty disappointed. But willing to give it one more try. Won 4 items. Battery operated leafblower , that doesn't work$65. Vacuum that seams To be perfect. $45. Battery operated weedeater, no battery or charger! $100. Hart cordless drill, that does not work $30.

The item I purchased did not actually exist. I was notified I won the item, and had three days to pick it up otherwise my account would be closed. When I arrived the next day to pick it up it was not there. Unfortunately, their policy is no refund for 5 days. If they can't find the item then they'll refund it if they do find the item you have to make a second trip to pick it up or forfeit it. No other store in the USA requires a customer to make a 2nd trip to the store to pick up an item which they were notified was there but was actually lost by the vendor. Every reliable store/seller refunds a purchase when they screw-up. This is the 2nd time this has happen to me. I'm not going to bother with MacBid again. Too aggravating.

A Completely Useless Purchase
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my recent order. The item, karoke speaker, which was picked from warehouse, was completely non-functional. It was clear the moment I unboxed it that it was broken and never worked.

The experience was so disappointing. The product was a complete waste of money, and the entire ordeal felt like a waste of my time. I, in my frustration, deleted the company's app from my phone.

This is a terrible example of quality control and a truly poor customer experience. I will not be a returning customer.

It’s a fraud, 90% of the parts, usually are missing or damage, and I cannot believe they have the audacity to resell items that are damage or missing parts. My coworker return a generator with missing parts, and they reposted it again on the auction website.

There has to be robots bidding against me. It goes up a dollar every 4 hrs or so. You can clearly see the pattern. Also, items disappear and someone else got it after it said I won.

They say “open box” tested to turn on. If that were actually true then they would notice the entire piece is BROKEN.
They are LIARS AND THIEVES.
They don’t look at anything and sure as heck don’t test if it turns on because I bought a dehumidifier that didn’t even turn on .. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Every single thing I have purchased like new or open box? BROKEN 100% of items.

Oh.. I purchased a cordless inflator for my paddleboard? Guess what? It’s connected to a cord that plugs into your lighter in your car. WTH The description was WRONG and it doesn’t work anyway

So the descriptions are FALSE AS WELL.

I am a buyer club member and have numerous holds for time to pick up was one day late and they said my mistake. This place is a scam be prepared to be screwed out of your money.....

They give you very little time to pick up, then just keep your item and resell it, with no refund. Their pictures and descriptions are misleading. Bought something that was marked as new and was clearly used, missing items and damaged.

Advice never buy food items they are all expire or anything that needs a key like a safe box … I bought a safe box and the key was lock inside worthless waste money straight into the trash … 👎

MAC.BID’s customer experience needs significant improvement.

I, like many of your customers, am aware of the policies regarding bids and pickup deadlines, and do not need the company policy copied/pasted, just that a more empathetic approach should be adopted.

I anticipated going to a local location on 08/18/25 but completely forgot; and inconveniently most locations are closed weekends. Realizing I forgot to pick up my item, I called customer service on 08/19 hoping for resolution, but the gentleman I spoke with quoted the “The three-day item pickup" verbiage and that I could have put my item on hold. It felt like a “well, too bad for you” response.

I’m simply expressing disappointment that a simple, 'courteous hold' was not granted, which could have easily resolved the issue. I have experienced multiple financial losses from this business, and this represents another instance of that pattern.

This business only cares about making a profit but would greatly benefit from an improvement in customer service, specifically a more compassionate and understanding mannerism.

There are a lot of complaints about MAC BID but my experiences have been great!

EVERYONE has a chance to test items before placing a bid. Buyers insurance is available as well. There have been more "as is" products lately which is a bummer!

But I can't say enough about the employees in San Antonio off Hwy 90. They have been amazing with assistance on many occasions.

I have to mention by name Zach Dickhaut. He has been an immense help with my inspections, loading my purchases (he is o e of the most patient people I know, as there have been some challenging loads!), he has taken the time to learn may return customers by name, and based on our conversations, really cares about the customers and wants to make sure their purchase experiences are positive!

This place is awesome! I got a lot of great deals

Staff was very helpful, i have been many times and always they treated me like i was brand new customer.

We won a patio umbrella in “open-box” condition and the box did not contain an umbrella at all! It had pieces of the base. Their policy states that it could have “missing pieces” but the ENTIRE item being missing is false advertising! Everyone dealing with this should report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They are not “giving returned items new life.” (That sounds nice.) They are trying to steal as much money as possible by tricking consumers.

I bid on a commercial waffle maker, I won the bid of $62 but with premium taxes and fees it came up to $79, I brought it home and when I opened the box there were two notes I quote two notes this product is broken. They don't know if the product is used, fixed, broken, parts missing, (THEY JUST DO NOT KNOW, THEY'RE BLINDED AS WELL)
