So we investigated, we tried severa times, like we are 10 sometimes 12 in our office, we successfully had the voucher then even within 3 seconds at checkout all the vouchers are fully redeemed? All 100 fully redeemed in 3 seconds? We think there is some kind of hocus pocus
Customer Service and Hub Complaint
Today is supposed to be when my parcel is to be delivered. Their SPX delivery is just inconvenient, to some platform there are infos though minimal but atleast would guarantee both ends but there's just rider nickname and that's it. Thought that it was kinda good feature for their rider message feature or rider's not utilizing it well, but no communication sent, sent the rider availability to receive the parcel no response, just waited for parcel to get delivered which just got returned at the end of the day to the hub. Just would rant about this Cebu NRA Hub, this has been multiple times, mostly, where I have issues with the delivery of my parcels and as usual reached out to CS but to no avail, just made my frustration escalate as responses are bot and auto, even answered unnecessarily and even closed the chat quickly without having to get in contact with a live agent. Immediately cancelled the autorenewal for recurring shopee VIP, thought would give this platform a chance this time but surely it's just so bad.

Very disappointed and pissed with the collection team or whoever is the team who does the calling for payment reminders. They called me 10x in a day, every hour! Same script and sarcastic. Seems intentionally done to annoy me. Well, great job! I AM SUPER ANNOYED! CS as well is not helpful at all. My request and concern are still pending resolution.

Shopee needs to improve their customer service and process. We ordered a washing machine that arrived late and defective, showing no proper quality check. The worst part is their return process. For big items, there’s no pick-up option—you must self-arrange a courier and return the product to the brand’s warehouse, not any nearby Shopee or courier hub, before getting a refund. Beware.

Trying to get refund for non-delivered item
I’ve had many issues with Shopee, especially with regards to returns and refunds.
The latest issue is a parcel that has been sitting in the delivery hub for around a week - most likely lost.
The Shopee app said I could request a refund if the item doesn’t arrive by the guaranteed delivery date. When that date came, they suddenly changed the date - preventing me from applying for a refund.
Then when I raised a support ticket; they said to wait for another 5 days.
The item is obviously lost but they’re not willing to process the refund as promised by their app.

Customer Service is awful!! They don't take ownership and blame the problem to their customers. Also, they don't put phone numbers of the delivery riders as reference for contact!!! So buyer be sure that if the rider charged you triple to the amount of your order, it's you or someone from your family that received your package fault!! Not taking responsibility for their carrier inappropriate actions!!!! They just resolved your cases in 3 replies and blame you for everything not even taking the long time shopper's word!!! Ohh btw lot of their sellers are scams, even the preferred ones. 🤬🤬

Shopee is absolutely infested with scammer accounts who rip you off without a second thought. And if you dare to file for a refund? Get ready for a marathon of frustration that’ll drain your time, energy, and sanity.
But wait, the fun doesn’t stop there — after all that effort, Shopee themselves swoop in to rob you again with their sneaky hidden fees. Unlike Lazada (which, by the way, actually understands the concept of “customer service” and refunds the full amount hassle-free), Shopee makes sure you don’t get your full refund. So congratulations, you just got scammed twice — once by the seller, and again by Shopee. Bravo.
And what happens to the scammer after you’ve proven your case and reported him? Nothing. The account stays up, business as usual. Shopee apparently thinks enabling scammers is good for business.
Here’s my personal “Shopee Experience”: I ordered a branded automatic diver’s watch for ₱5,024. What I got was a cheap, no-name Chinese quartz junk worth maybe ₱200. After a week and a half of emails, arguments, and return procedures, I finally got a “refund” of ₱4,766 — because apparently Shopee charges ₱258 for the privilege of being scammed on their platform.
In short: the site’s a scam, the sellers are crooks, and Shopee’s right there joining the party. Thanks for nothing, Shopee. Never again.
Meanwhile, over at Lazada — I’ve been ordering for over 10 years, and not once have I been scammed. Damaged item? Refund in an hour. Imagine that — efficiency and honesty. Two things Shopee’s clearly allergic to.

My item has been sitting in the delivery hub since Sept 27. Status has not been moving. They claim delivery within 24-48 hours once in the delivery hub. I requested for expedite and was guaranteed delivery on Sept 30. Its Oct 1 no delivery was made.
