Shopee Thailand provides a much better experience compared to Shopee Malaysia. The customer service in Thailand acts faster, responds more efficiently, and resolves issues without unnecessary delays. Refunds and returns are handled more smoothly, making the process far less stressful. In contrast, Shopee Malaysia feels slow, unresponsive, and complicated, often wasting buyers’ time. The difference is obvious—Thailand’s Shopee shows that the platform can be reliable and supportive, while Malaysia’s version falls short of even basic expectations. Both are the same company, but the gap between Thailand and Malaysia is shockingly big, raising serious questions about why Shopee Malaysia cannot deliver the same standard of service.

Shopee offers rewards for late deliveries but cancels your order so they don’t have to pay out and you don’t get compensated…you don’t get your goods and you have to wait approx 10 days to get your refund…nasty bit of work.

Just another asian scammer site. Order a very small item to test upon research nobody receives items and if they do they are things they didn't order. Scam website dot use it

No Costumer Service. Only 2 Days to manage the return from damaged Hub. Than the return request ist delited without Answer.

They allow you to create an account and make purchases on the website; however, the only way to contact customer service is through the app, which is available exclusively in the Thai App Store. If you are a foreigner with an Apple account not based in Thailand, you cannot install the app and therefore have no way to contact them. This is ridiculous.

Absolute horsemanure company. You cannot reach them as their chat does not work on the computer and there is no phone number for them. Mickey mouse company. The seller sent the wrong item as well and does not respond. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. So many complaints. No customer service. I imagine many customers get ripped off and they do not care. I might add that they know the chat does not work on the computer as I had this problem months ago when a criminal seller sold me a fake phone and Shopee lied to me about helping me. Shame on me for using this useless company.

I ordered a baby high chair with Bluetooth and mesh seat . You won’t believe that they sent only the mesh seat and our daughter on her way over with her child. Unbelievable. I know they are all abit dodgy but I would stay away from this one

Shopee – more and more sellers are demanding prepayment. If the wrong item is then delivered (like the Monster headphones I received from seller Kxxx...) and you hope for help from Shopee, you're out of luck. The seller's response: "Initiate a refund." So I'm supposed to do all the work, even though the mistake is the seller's. Beware of Shopee and certain other stores. Their customer service is abysmal.

I have recently started using Shopee Thailand, and on both occasions, my orders from Dipo darts shop have been cancelled, due to apparently being unable to send??? I have sent numerous messages to Dipo without response, and Shopee are also not responding or providing information. The Shopee website provides a 'contact us' link which doesn't work and I had to do a google search on ways to contact them. Terrible service from both Dipo and Shopee and I won't be using either business again.

I order 2 small products from 2 separate sellers, both use the exact same courier company...
No delivery by said date....
5 FIVE days later I get a notification that my delivery has been cancelled, because they tried to deliver and couldn't...
LIE, LIE LIE, I work from home I am here all the time...

And you cannot contact Shopee Customer Service because there is none, back to Lazada..

The products on their platform are not good. Some of them are more expensive than places like iHerb. Some of them like vaccumm cleaner just broke after one use. When return the item, it took them 7-15 business days to issue a return voucher and the voucher is good only for one month since the date it has been approved. From the approved time it will take another 15 days to get voucher. So, really don't have much time to use the voucher.

Ordered a 4" electric grinder from a shopee vendor. Advertised as a Makita with name plate attached. When it arrived where the name plate should of been attached whatever name had been on it had been removed. A friend ordered a 2stroke 125cc ground Auger on shopee. When it arrived no manufacturer name anywhere on the machine, or the packaging. No guarantee paper. The instruction booklet is very poorly written in English only, drawings barely readable and the plastic fuel pipe has a kink in it between the fuel tank and carburettor. Probably a fake device the same as the grinder. The potential for unsafe operations of both devices is awful. I would never buy from any vendor on shopee again and if shopee does not monitor who advertises on their website, says it all really.👆False advertisements

Shocking, terrible a total disgrace, can't even see how this is legal.. avoid use a shop that you can go to , to many bogus companies and sellers ripping people off.

After completing my 30 orders I didn't get my USDT back to Binance account
I'm in Saudi Arabia now but I'm stuck with the robot holding 893 USDT and the customer service number for WhatsApp is no longer working 😔

Shopee canceled my refund. I did not get what I ordered. No real people to talk with, only robotter

Maybe okay for Thai citizens, but a dreadful experience for foreigners. There is no customer support in English language - unlike Lazada.

That is a terrible online shop. They do not care about customers only about quick sale. And it is getting worse with their AI "service". They get more and more disconnected from the people.

I ordered different products and the shops do not deliver quickly, Shopee system cancels the order. I ordered again and after a few days it was canceled again. I tried it 8 times to see how far it goes but then I got tired of it.

Once I asked the service agent why they do that because I need the product. The answer was, I should buy from another seller. When I asked them why they have those shops what causes trouble to their customers, no answer.

Another product was not useable, so I sent it back like it was described in the app. But the parcel came back to me and the product was not refunded although the cancellation rules allowed to send it back when doesn't like. I contacted the service and only got answers days after with always new questions of information I had sent before already. After a certain time they closed the case with the reason that the complaining period is overdue. That is unbelievable.

Can't download the app with an international phone and you can't order on the website.
