Ive been using spaylater as payment for years like 6 - it gives me convinient but. I payed late like twice. Now im permanently banned. Shopee was heartless. I have my proofs. They profit when i paid late but still i paid that month. The reason is im out of job. Searching new. But i did my best to pay it. Now they permanent ban me for being a late payer. Not making any sense. My limit was 95,000. And after all this years this is how shopee do with his loyal user. So disappointing... Call center they just give false hope... They even dont have email for appeal. Where can ticketing system can work. They will let you que long time just to have ticket... Ill make a video with it. So disappointing.

The reason given was "unfair activity." I contacted support, since there hadn't been any activity at all. No one seemed to care. No one helped me reactivate the account. Some AI didn't like something, and then I, as a customer, was simply canceled. Okay, I'm registered with many other online shops, so I'm not dependent on Chinese games. An absolutely incompetent service provider.

I am the owner of ayam bakar kalasan mba pur restaurant.
This is the second time I have experienced a deduction from my sales revenue by Shopee on the grounds that there was a customer report claiming the order was not as described.
In the first case, Shopee informed me that there was a complaint from a customer. However, when Shopee later provided the evidence to me, it turned out that the evidence was not authentic and could not be verified. As a result, Shopee eventually returned the deducted funds to me, which clearly shows that the initial deduction was unfounded.
Now, the same issue has happened again for the second time. My funds have once again been deducted based on a customer's claim that the food received did not match the order. Yet again, no clear, valid, or verifiable evidence has been provided.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been assisted by several staff members, including Amel, Vera, Wawan, and Hafiz. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, my report was simply marked as completed and closed unilaterally, without any clear explanation or proper resolution.
Shopee only instructed me to submit an appeal via email within 2x24 hours, but I never received any email regarding this appeal process. When I checked again, I found that my case had already been closed by Shopee, without giving me a real opportunity to submit the appeal.
This situation is extremely disappointing and reflects unprofessional service and policies that are harmful to seller partners, especially small businesses and UMKM like mine. Deducting funds without clear evidence and closing cases without proper resolution demonstrates a lack of transparency and accountability from Shopee.
Therefore, I demand:
1. a clear and transparent explanation regarding the customer's complaint.
2. Valid and verifiable evidence supporting the claim used as the basis for the fund deduction.
3. a full refund of my deducted funds if Shopee cannot provide valid proof of any violation.
If situations like this continue to occur, this cannot simply be considered a system error. It can reasonably be seen as an unfair practice that harms seller partners, particularly small business owners.
I expect Shopee to handle this case seriously and professionally, rather than closing reports without a clear and fair resolution.

"A partir de R$ 10 frete grátis" com muitas aspas não presentes no aplicativo que só quer te iludir. Máximo de R$20 reais de desconto do frete que aplica a apenas uma loja de cada vez com número máximo de aplicações, sendo que mais produtos fazem o frete aumentar significamente mesmo sendo da mesma loja para o mesmo destino.
Resultado, fiz a compra de cada item por vez. Tive que fazer 11 compras, passar por duas contas, dois cartões, três códigos de segurança do banco que obviamente acharam as movimentações suspeitas.
Inclusive estes cupons não existem no computador, muito suspeito.
Conclusão, melhor pagar um pouco mais caro em outra plataforma pra não passar raiva e resolver tudo em minutos ao invés de horas.

A big conman. They refused to refund for goods return, by simply stating the amount is refunded. The maths doesn’t add up. Despite many times calling them, they did not resolve the matter at all. Big time cheat. Same happened to the coins used to reduce the Purchase price, they simply fail to refund that one too….. I’m sick tired of their tactics!

Ordered a sofa bed.
They delivered a wrong sized bed and cracked wooden planks on delivery.
Told the seller about it and they delivered the next day a coffee table.
Told the seller about it and delivery called me the next day and said they are delivering a table to me and collecting the wrong items. I told them I never ordered any table and not to deliver.
Told the seller I want to cancel all my orders and asked him to stop delivering. He refused.
The next day delivery took all the previous items and delivered a parcel with SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS.
I called shoppee to cancel the order and take back everything. Shoppee arranged a pickup and guess what? The track number shoppee gave and the delivery track number were different. The proof of return was invalid because BOTH numbers were invalid. WTH!
I've been calling Shoppee daily because of this and I'm still waiting for the cancellation and refund as of now.
JUST ONE ITEM and so much nonsense!

Most of the advertisements state "free delivery", however, when checking out, Shopee adds a delivery fee. Forget returning goods as Flash couriers decided yesterday that it was too far for them to travel to Rayong to collect a faulty item that they delivered themselves a few days before. No one takes responsibility for anything. I can't even download the Shopee app as it thinks I'm not in Thailand although I am. Overall, Shopee is the scamming, wanna-be, immature Ali Express but a lot worse.
