I was able to top up my credit
I was able to top up my credit. However, it would be much better if the TOTAL CREDIT would be shown: previous credit and the top up done because of the expiring of the SIM card after six months.

Poor services, don't use LYCA
Two months passed but they didn't return my refund amount. First they send me a sim which was not working then they said we will refund you. This is third month but they didn't send it yet. I will not recommend anyone to use Lyca sim. This company is a third class company. They don't have any support team to resolve issue. When we do call on helpline then we listen voices of many other people like the support person is sitting in a city center.
