Be careful using Luna Fashion, especially if you want to return items
I don't really write reviews. However I'm making the exception here. If you read this review, please do not use this company to purchase clothing. I ordered two dresses - one dress was nothing like the photo or quality on their website, and the other dress was too small. I was offered 30% refund and to keep the dresses. Why would I agree to this when 30% is less than the cost of one dress! I did make an offer of resolution which I thought was reasonable and at a financial cost to me. This was not accepted. I was then provided a return address to send the items back which I have today. It cost me £35.70 to return by DDP and I had to provide tracking nos, photos of what I'm returning and all other information.
Luna Fashion really know what they are doing to make money and proift of their customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Now I've returned the items, I will expect my refund to be progressed asap as I've kept to my side of the bargain.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Luna Fashion.
I purchased a coat, but when it arrived it was far too small. I contacted customer service to request a full refund and instructions on how to return the item.
Instead of providing return details, they repeatedly tried to offer me partial refunds — first 20%, then 30%, and finally 40% — if I kept the coat. I refused each offer because I simply wanted to return the item and receive the full refund I was entitled to.
To date, Luna Fashion has still not provided return instructions or issued a full refund.
In my experience, this company has been extremely unprofessional and dishonest in the way they handle customer service and returns. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from them. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a trouser suit from here I was very careful and used the size guide to order the correct size for me. When it arrived it was half the size measurements they advertised. They refused to give me a full refund I could have sent this back and covered the post to china and customs charges or accept a 50% refund Don’t order from here bad customer services and incorrect sizes advertised

I have had a very bad experience with…
I have had a very bad experience with an order.The outfit looked completely different to what I have received ( order was delivered late -over 2 weeks after placed the delivery)Communication is very poor ,it took a week fir e-mails going back and forward and my case is still not resolved.I have been asked to keep the items and would receive 30% immediate refund.I have refused it as I will not be able lot use the outfit so I have been told I need to send it back to China!!!!

I ordered a wool blend swing coat with a large collar. It arrived after 10 days. An absolute joke. Its light weight polyester with a massive hood and plastic while buttons. I am so disappointed. I bought a long, fluffy cardigan. It doesn't match the photo on the website at all. On the model, it looks ankle-length, but in reality, it's just above the knee. I'm completely disappointed with the purchase. It was a waste of time and money.

I ordered a jacket from Luna Fashion House. A jacket was delivered after 15 days from China. It is the wrong style, colour, size and creased. I was very disappointed and contacted the company about return of goods and a refund via email, but it took a while to get a response. Their phone number is not recognised, so please be careful with this company
When I finally got an email reply from the company they asked me to post the jacket back to China on my cost. I involved my credit card company and the dispute was solved quite quickly. I received a refund and did not have to return the jacket.
