The products are of an extremely poor standard, as is the customer service. I wanted to return an item due to how awful it and but apparently the customer has to ship this back to china at their own cost!

Terrible product - cheap and nothing like the image. Plus if you want to return you have to take photos, email them and then they ask you to return the product to China and pay all customs duty. You are not made aware of this at the time of ordering.

Extremely poor, order at your own risk. Items are clearly coming from China at a very poor quality. Returns are to China and at your own expense of near £20. Customer service really slow and poor, making returns almost impossible. Temu products for higher end prices.

Company is based in China. This is nig made clear on the website as they use a co.uk email address. The goods are very poor quality and returns are impossible as they expect you to pay the duty as well as postage but didn't tell me this. I returned the parcel and it has been sat in customs for 3 months before being returned to me. DO USE THEM

Offers for Suckers Buyers Beware…
I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered the dress that I ordered. Would it even arrive? Would it be completely different from description and photo? I figured price was low enough I wouldn’t be out too much…. Well dress arrived. Not a bit of cotton or linen in the fabric, as the ad described. Rather an icky shiny stretchy polyester synthetic of some sort. Something I’d never put on my body. The print had greens in it. That’s as close as it came to the print pictured in the advertisement. Maybe they think if it takes a long time to reach you, you won’t remember what it was supposed to look like. Really awful. I’m going to donate it to Goodwill. Will not make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Don’t buy from the company. If your stuck contact your bank to avoid talking to these scammers

Update: after Escalating they gave me a full refund. It took ages and I argued continuously so I still don’t recommend

Awful. The dress I ordered looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I wouldn't even give it away as a gift, such poor quality. Try to send it back? £25! Shipped from China, though it says EU when purchasing.I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. AVOID, AVOID AVOID

14 day return window. I spent 4 of these days negotiating with them. You can only get a refund if you send the item back to China and huge expense. The dress I ordered was of poor quality and very very small. I feel scammed. Please don't waste your time and money. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. Lesson learned.

I should have looked on here before ordering. Absolute scam. ordered a dress, like others I didn't realise it was from China. The dress that came was not the one in the images. It was supposed to be a corseted top, with underwired cups and a corseted back that you can tie. Didn't have underwired cups, didn't even some with any string/ laces/ ribbon for the random loops at the back. DO NOT BUY. I have emailed but judging by the responses on here I won't hear back.

*EDIT - they replied to my complain email just saying it was due to lighting etc that it was different - LIGHTING that it was missing parts? OKAY.

I am absolutely appalled with this company and their terrible customer service. I ordered 6 dresses (the same dress in two sizes as I wasn’t sure) I ordered them for Ascot, they didn’t turn up in time.

When they arrived I didn’t even bother taking them out of the bags and trying them on. I have emailed repeatedly since and their response time is atrocious. I feel like I am talking to a robot. I stressed that I was going on holiday and wanted to get this sorted ASAP, they didn’t respond. They offered me 20% refund to keep the items (absolutely no thank you), they are still yet to confirm that if I now ship the return will it be accepted as we are way outside of the 14 day returns policy …

In my emails, when I have mentioned my concerns, they have made no effort to reassure me or answer any of my questions.

I will never buy from them again. Shocking.

Still trying to get through to this company having ordered a dress recently. By the time the dress had arrived, it was too late for me to wear it as the event I ordered it for had already passed. When taking it out of the bag to get a picture of it (as proof for my return), the strap was snapped which tells me it was delivered in this condition considering I had not even taken it out of the bag prior to this. Since requesting a refund over a week ago, I have had one response and got no where further with an update for my return. Having tried ringing the contact number and it going straight to voicemail, I am beginning to believe they are a scamming company. They seem deliberately slow to reply so that the returns window closes despite the fact I left plenty of time. Hoping for a full refund still, by the time they reply. Very upsetting and distressing to lose so much money.

Absolutely do not order from this company. I sent a suit back on the 21 may this year and still haven’t received my refund!! Absolutely disgusting service!!

This company is, in my opinion, an absolute con. Their website gives the impression that their products are shipped from the Netherlands, but my order was actually dispatched from China. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have placed an order.

The clothing is nothing like the photographs on the website. The images appear to be AI-generated or heavily edited, and the item I received was of shockingly poor quality. Honestly, I wouldn’t even use it as a dishcloth. It looked cheap, felt cheap, and bore no resemblance to what was advertised.

The returns process is just as bad. They delay responding to return requests, eating into the 14-day return window. Instead of processing a return, they offered me a 20% discount to keep an item that was completely unsuitable. When you insist on returning it, they expect you to pay the international return shipping to China, along with any taxes, duties and associated costs. By the time you’ve paid everything, returning the item is barely worth it.

I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as I certainly wouldn’t have wasted my money.

My advice is simple: avoid this company completely. Save your money and shop with reputable high street retailers instead. At least you’ll receive the quality you’re paying for, and if something isn’t right, you’ll have a fair and straightforward returns process.

The dress I received was nothing like I expected. The quality was extremely poor, and the material was so thin that it was completely see-through. It definitely wasn't worth the £39.95 I paid.

When I wanted to return the dress, I found out that I would have to send it back to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost would have been so high that it made returning the item pointless.

After several emails, I asked the customer service team if they could increase the refund amount so I wouldn't have to return the dress. They offered me a partial refund of £15.98, which I accepted. I then received an email confirming that the refund had been processed.

When the refund still hadn't arrived, they told me to check with my bank. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed they had checked everything thoroughly. They told me there were no pending or blocked refunds and that the bank does not block refund transactions.

Despite this, it has now been more than 10 days since I received the refund confirmation, and the money is still not in my account. I emailed Luna Fashion's customer service again, but they keep insisting that the refund was successful from their side, even though I still haven't received it. They have also stopped responding to my emails.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor-quality products, an expensive return process to China that customers have to pay for, delayed or missing refunds, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered what I thought was an off the shoulder chiffon dress in green and purple, what I got was a vneck dress in orange and green, not at all like the photo on the website, asking for a returns form , I was offered a 20% refund and keep the garment or sell it on, or pay for the return as stated on the website.
On the returns website it states if the item is incorrect you will get a full refund.
Well the wrong style and wrong colour in my eyes is an incorrect item.

Item received is was nowhere near as what was shown in the picture. I ordered a white dress but the one I got was creamy lemon coloured dress! Now I’m in the process of returning the item and get a full refund back but they are not replying me back!
Bad customer service I’ve emailed them every day now since I got the item but they’re refusing to answer me.

Arrived too late for the event but it didn’t matter as the quality of the dress I received was awful! The fabric felt cheap and nasty and when I tried to return it, it was going to cost more to send it back or they’d only refund me a nominal amount, less than half of what I paid for the dress! Do not buy from here!

My mum ordered 2 dresses nearly 3 weeks ago not showed up wasn’t cheap either and it looks like for this company it’s a regular occurrence absolute joke tried contacting them through mobile and email no response and phone was being declined
