Ordered a dress for my 18 birthday and stated 1/2 days delivery, took 3 weeks, received it after my party, emailed the company to return and ignoring my emails. Very poor customer service and a total rip off. Avoid this company

Same as all the others - still waiting for order to arrive - no response from customer services at all . It’s been a month now - just don’t order from them I think it’s a scam

Extremely poor quality items, don’t match description at all, took 13 days to arrive, shipping from china although trading via .co.uk domain, initially offering 20% refund and to keep the item, if you still chose to return they provide address to send it back to which is in China and insist that you become responsible for shipping fee and paid DDP and all associated costs with shipping, ignore consumer rights (due to items not matching proposed items) completely and keep referring to their refunds policy. Started a dispute via my bank as their customer service is clearly AI going round in circles. Do not buy as website reviews are clearly bought or fake.

AWFUL SCAMMERS. Cheap material with extortionate prices the. Refuse to give a refund and expect you to ship to CHINA?! NO wonder the material is cheap

Awful experience, do not recommend. The dress i ordered looked nothing like the pictures and requested a refund and return within the 14 day period. Heard nothing back and kept emailing and phoning. Until 4 weeks after they responded and won’t allow me to return as it was out of the 14 day period even though i requested it within the period. Customer services have been disgusting and no help. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Absolute scam.. do not buy from this website. The dresses are poor quality, poor sizing and just overall disappointing. They don't look like any of the photos. Refunds are almost impossible with little to no response from their customer services.

Order took forever to arrive, not surprising when I realised where it had come from. Spent just under £100 for nothing to fit. 2 pairs of shoes I ordered a size bigger than my usual and couldn't even get my feet in then. A jumpsuit that was a large im usually a medium and yet again so small and cheap material..contacted to return to be offered 20% back and i keep items..umm no thanks shein has better quality clothes than the expensive riff raff. So I request a return to which now returns to China and i pay all the fees. One massive scam DO NOT BUY. So upset to have trusted this

Not quality items, trying to get me to accept 20% refund and keep the item, I have to pay the return postage. It's just Shein shite they are marketing as quality products. Scammers

I had the same terrible experience as other customers. I ordered a pair of shoes which were meant to be wide fitting. After a long delivery time they arrived and the shoe was definitely not wide-fitting!

Then when requesting a return they took days to respond and finally informed me i have to use DPD to return the item and pay for delivery and only 20% of the money i paid would be refunded to me,this was not stated in their terms.
The company is a scam please don't order from them.

The item photos and descriptions were completely misleading, not only did it take over 16 days to arrive, but the quality was awful, with the majority of the material actually falling apart.

When I tried to return it they completely messed me around including stating I had to pay for them to accept a return, and I had to ship it to an address in China.

The overall experience shopping here was awful, would never buy from here again, and heavily dissuade anyone from buying from this faux brand.

Appalling .. poor quality item. Wanted to send back. I had to bargain for my money back .. initially would get 10% of my money back then got it to 30% and I would have to pay for a return. Binned product as it was awful. Only shop here if you are happy to lose money.

Shocking customer service! Going by the other reviews it seems the same problems exist. I ordered a dress for my baby shower weeks in advance, it took alot longer to arrive than they said, by this point it was too late. I was then going to wear it for another event but the dress was massively uncomfortable, especially when the seam sat directly across my bump (not as their picture advised). I made repeated attempts to contact them, eventually they came back to me to offer a partial 20% refund as a “courtesy resolution” or I could return the item myself at my own cost. Funnily enough I don’t have faith that the package wouldn’t get lost in transit & then I would have no leg to stand on. Completely unacceptable way of dealing with customers issues & quite frankly, 20% courtesy refund was a kick in the teeth, especially when it arrived weeks past their own timeline. I will never buy from this company again!

I bought two dresses and want to return them both. The only way to do this is to post back to China Duty paid which will cost more than the dresses
No where on the website does it say they are posting from china in the first place as I would not have ordered from them in the first place
It is false advertising and against uk trading standards probably (I will be contact trading standards to report them)
They put a response on here to say contact them but each person has already done this with so satisfactory response

AVOID read all the reviews..you dont get what you have ordered and it takes weeks to arrive. Requested a refund on a £34 bag was offered £10-30% or told to pay for the bag to be shipped back to China. Awful company cant even refund £34 and expect us to loose more money paying for shipping.SCAM

I ordered two dresses and two pairs of shoes on the 4th September for an event due on the 26th, which has unfortunately been cancelled. So, I sent an email (10th) before my items had even been despatched asking if it was possible to cancel the order and start the returns process, to which I received no reply - even though I replied directly to the the email that states: “If you have any questions or would like an update at any point, feel free to reply directly to this email and we’ll be happy to help.”

I sent a subsequent email the next day after receiving a similar email with another “update” about my order, and asked them to respond to my first email. Guess what? I’ve still had no reply. Yesterday I used their website to send an enquiry, although I don’t expect to hear anything back at all.

Like others have said, they don’t respond to emails and don’t even bother trying to call them.

Don’t waste your time, or your hard earned money on this absolute scam of a company.

UPDATE:

When the items finally arrived I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt (after reading such awful reviews about quality), ha ha. The quality is atrocious and absolutely nothing like the advertised images.

I finally had a response and started the refund process, and much like others have stated was offered a 20% refund to keep the items. Now, obviously, 20% barely covers any of the money I spent, so I stated I wanted to return all the items. They sent me a returns form, which is on a google document and you have take pictures of all the items your sending back, THEN you still have to pay signed for postage and a customs fee to return. I stated how it’s not acceptable to expect that when it’s not stated clearly on their website, to which they offered me a 30% refund and to keep the items…

I have since raised a dispute under Section 75 as it’s completely and wholly unacceptable to essentially refuse a full refund (including postage/customs) when the items do not match the quality or descriptions advertised.

It took 16 days for my item to be delivered. Very flimsy material and doesn’t look like as advertised. I have emailed twice about a refund and received nothing back.

Please never order.

The product arrived in a bad condition and when requested for return instructions. I kept getting the same response again and again not to return the product. It’s such a waste of money. I hated the communication, the phone is never answered. The product arrived late too. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star

Disgrace. Garment didn't remotely resemble the one on the site very poor quality and wrong size too. Cost nearly £20.00 to send back to Serbia and still never received refund. STAY CLEAR.

Do not order from here. I ordered a dress that was shipped from china. The quality was absolutely awful. I am now trying to get a refund but all the company keeps saying as they are looking into it. Absolute joke!

I ordered 2 large suitcases via AMAZON, from this company. Only 1 arrived via DPD, when I checked the box from Luno, it said weight 10kg, with 2 suitcases enclosed, someone is obviously on a good hustle. Tried contacting them they told me to contact Amazon, cowboys, how could you fit 2 large suitcases in one box !!!!!
