Ordered a jumpsuit from this site which arrived a lot later than expected therefore no longer needed. The material was horrendous and did not fit properly at all. When I emailed for a refund and where to return it I had to send a photo of the item and then they would instruct me further. It took them forever and a day to respond and when they did they offered 20% refund and I could keep the item.
I refused and said I would accept 50% as returning it would Cost me more but the most they refunded was 40%
The company and quality is awful. One to stay away from

Total scam, China based company (even though .co.uk) and 'free returns' is totally misleading and a FRAUD - you have to pay for customs. Ordered two dresses that took almost a month to arrive, then they did not fit at all (even with their 'size guide' and awful quality) - still in negotiations with them about returning to China, which will be at my own expense (NOT FREE RETURNS), and they haven't even sent me delivery address, pretty sure they are wasting time so I can't return within 14 day window. I wish I checked these reviews - DO NOT TRUST THEM. Can we bring this company down?!

I contacted this company because I wanted to return an item I had purchased. Rather than simply providing clear return instructions and allowing me to return the item, they tried to convince me to keep an item I don’t want in exchange for only 20% of my money back.
When I refused, they came back with a new offer of 40% — again, provided I keep the item.
Why is returning an unwanted item apparently such a difficult concept?
I had repeatedly made it clear that I did not want the item. I wanted to return it and receive my refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been presented with increasingly desperate partial-refund offers in an attempt to persuade me to keep something I never wanted.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and has completely destroyed my confidence in this company. A supposedly straightforward return has turned into a negotiation over how little of my own money they are prepared to give back.
If you’re considering ordering from this company, I’d strongly suggest thinking twice and reading the returns policy very carefully. Getting your money back should not feel like pulling teeth.
I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a maternity dress for my baby shower which looked beautiful on the picture. The dress arrived and was a different colour and style than advertised. When trying to return the item I was repeatedly offered a partial refund of 20% despite rejecting this offer. I asked multiple times for Customer Services to advise of the return location to ship the item back to but this information was concealed. Had to raise a dispute with the bank. Overall terrible and frustrating experience - look elsewhere and don't be fooled by the pictures!

Very bad communication I cannot get hold of any one to return a dress that was delivered on Thursday, I want to send this back how do I go about this I’ve emailed called no response.

I bought a dress and I tried to return it and they just keep offering % off but I just don’t want the dress but they keep jumping around the subject and emailing back and not actually giving me a refund - SCAMMMMMM

I strongly recommend being very careful before ordering from this company.

I ordered shoes from Luna Fashion House, but unfortunately the size did not fit me. I contacted the company because I wanted to return the shoes and receive a full refund. However, instead of making the return process simple, I experienced serious difficulties with their customer service and getting my money back.

In my experience, their return process is extremely complicated and the company does not make it easy for customers to receive a refund when the item does not fit.

I am very disappointed with the way customers are treated. Buying something online should not mean having to fight to return an item that simply does not fit.

Please read independent reviews carefully before placing an order. There are many other customers reporting problems with returns, refunds, sizing and customer service.

I personally would NOT recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughters birthday they sent somthing that looked completely different so I emailed to get it sorted this has been going on atleast 2 weeks and they back and forth emails they are not taking in what I’m saying, they are advising I need to pay postage to return them which of course I’m saying I’m not doing this as I paid for an item they have sent me somthing that’s wrong. Not what I paid for so this is there issue. I have said this to them and reply’s I wait 5 days atleast for and they say the same thing! I’m now being ignored and these boots cost around £50 so it’s not pennies

Adding to reply from company- my response to you guys I have emails Iv sent to that email address and it’s useless the response is always the same about returning and me paying postage when I was sent the wrong item it’s useless

If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is non existent have sent numerous messages via email mail fb etc and not one response. Wanted to return a dress that looked nothing like it did on the website for a full refund.Sizing awful and the material was horrible.Feel like I have been scammed to be honest. Awful service! Ordered dress which looks nothing like advertised on the website. Completely wrong colour and pattern. Order took over 2 weeks to arrive rather than the stated few days. I have sent them 2 emails in the last 2 weeks to request returns form and have had no response.
Never shopping with them again for sure.

Will not reply to my email stating i want this order CANCELLED i cancelled it within 2 hours of ordering which states ON THERE WEBSITE you can do yet i’ve had no reply despite me sending loads saying i want a refund cancel the order. i will be getting my bank involved as this is disgusting behaviour no professionalism in this company ignoring customer emails so they can make money. if you will reply to my email and cancel my order and give me a FULL REFUND then i will take this no further. I will never be ordering from this site again. I ordered 3 different dresses as options for a wedding guest outfit with the intention to always be returning at least 2 once I had decided which one to keep. All 3 were really bad quality and did not look like the photos on the website so I wanted to return all 3. However, although seems simply the return application is appalling. I have emailed twice now as directed to receive a return application and I have had no reply and the number displayed as an alternative option doesn’t ring through. How am I supposed to return my items which cost me £90+ when no one responds? The 14 day return policy is also up today which now will be extended until I get my money back.

I ordered 3x items from Luna Fashion House and it took a long time for these items to arrive. When they eventually arrived the quality was poor and not like it showed on the website.

I'm now trying to return the item and struggling to get response from my emails and social media messages. the customer service is terrible, I would definitely not recommend this company and would suggest people avoid ordering items and really poor quality and customer service is shocking!

I ordered a dress from Luna Fashion House for my daughter to wear to an event. The expected delivery time was approx 5 business days, but the dress took over two weeks to arrive, meaning it arrived too late for the event and was no longer needed. We had to purchase another dress at our own expense.
The dress was never worn. I contacted Luna Fashion House requesting a full refund and have now emailed their support address six times, providing my order number and all the relevant details. Despite this, I have received no response at all.
I have also tried calling the mobile number provided on their website, but there has been no answer.
This is extremely frustrating. I have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this directly with the company, but they have failed to respond to my emails or calls and have not dealt with my refund request.
I paid for the order by card, and as I have been unable to get any response from the company, I will now be taking the matter further through my card provider and other appropriate channels to try to recover my money.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring a customer who has repeatedly tried to resolve an issue is, in my opinion, unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Luna Fashion House and would advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication.
Also to add, the business reply is to email the support email address, I have sent an email to this address 8 times now and NO response so clearly this doesn’t work either!

I ordered two white jumpsuits and unfortunately, the material was completely see through and extremely poor quality. My order took a couple of weeks to arrive.
When I tried the jumpsuits on, they looked nothing like I expected, so I contacted the company to request a return as their website clearly states that returns are accepted within 14 days.
I emailed them asking for a return label, and they responded asking me to send photos of the items so they could provide the return instructions. I did exactly that and have since emailed them multiple times but they have completely ignored my messages and have not responded at all.
I am now having to go through a dispute with my bank to try and resolve the situation.
Absolutely shocking customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others not to order from this company.

Been trying to get a, refund for a poor quality set I received I've emailed and called 0 response total disgrace.

I ordered three dresses costing over £131 for a wedding that had passed before the dresses arrived. Well only 2 out of 3 dresses arrived. Quality is poor and misleading from the photos of the website. Only to see reviews were bad after ordering. I’ve emailed to ask for a full refund as I’m not happy with quality, the fact I only received 2 dresses and the time for shipping, the dresses are no good to me now. Online it doesn’t state that you’re not a UK site. So very misleading. Please avoid! Please issue my refund ASAP

Ordered some shoes which turned out to be slightly too small. I emailed the company to request a refund, as apparently you have to email them for a refund to be accepted, which seems like a very strange system.

Unfortunately, I heard nothing back from the company, and the refund window has now been missed. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. Do not order from here!!

Absolutely terrible quality. $60 dresses and I wouldn’t buy them on the $3 sale rack at Kmart. Worst quality I’ve ever received in 20+ years of online shopping.
