Ordered 2 items quality isn't great. Currently in the process of trying to return them. Have emailed support 3 times and called 9 times and still had no reply. It's been 6 days. Feels like a massive con, so we miss the return date. Would give 0 rating ..do not order

I am unable to get a response to my emails, I completed online contact forms and direct messaging on instagram.
I ordered my item last Monday 17/8/26 and I cannot get an update on delivery. I have emailed support @lunafashionhouse.co.uk twice, have not had a response. Tried calling the phone number. Which does not work. This is quite concerning.

Honestly, avoid. The clothes I received looked nothing like the quality advertised: wrong item, wrong colour, transparent cheap-looking fabric, unfinished seams, loose threads and terrible stitching.
What made it worse was discovering that, although Luna Fashion presents itself as a Netherlands-based company and targets UK customers, the return address they gave me was in China. This was not clear to me when ordering, and they expected me to pay for the international return myself (quite misleading!)

The worst part has been trying to get a refund. Despite extensive photo evidence, they kept offering 30%, then 45%, 50% and 70% partial refunds instead of resolving the issue. They eventually refunded 3 of 5 items, but I’ve had to escalate the rest through my credit card provider.

I also genuinely question whether the glowing reviews on their own website are real. They influenced my decision to buy, yet as an actual customer I cannot find any way to leave a review and was never invited to do so. Given how overwhelmingly positive those reviews are compared with the experiences reported here on Trustpilot, I find that extremely suspicious. CMA – this is exactly the kind of online review practice that deserves looking into.

I bought an expensive dress that does not fit and doesn’t look like the image advertised, also it is the wrong size. I have written to the email address explaining I need to return it 4 times and can’t get a response. The telephone number given is not registered. Avoid this company- I feel like I’ve been scammed

Do not buy from this company. They are a complete scam. The clothes they have advertised on their website are not good quality in person. When you ask for a refund they only want to give you back a partial refund or you send the item back to china for them to inspect which is more costly than the item. You also have to pay for shipping. The experience caused me a lot of distress and I will be disputing this with my bank to get my full refund back. DO NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM!

£50-£90 RETURNS COST FROM THE UK

The dresses I ordered arrived and the quality and material did not match the picture. I also ordered the same dress in two sizes and each one was a slightly different colour despite being the same dress. Material similar to children’s dress up costumes, yet looks to be chiffon on website. I asked to return the item, the offered me 20% refund to keep the item, I refused and requested to return. They explained very specific returns rules which are not explained online. The type of the delivery they request (DDP) costs between £50-£90 in the UK for my parcel size. I requested a prepaid returns label due to items being not as described and specific returns information not being available online but they refused and offered me a 60% refund to keep the products. Very clearly a scam method they use by requesting ridiculously expensive returns methods to encourage people to keep products and settle with partial refunds. One of the dresses also arrived with a stain on it.

Update (8th Sept) they’ve asked me to remove my review. I declined.

Update (7th Sept) - they asked me to contact them, I did, they then told me they couldn’t help 😂😂😂. Stay clear people, stay clear!

This is not a UK company — the .co.uk domain is just bait.

I ordered an item for £36. It didn’t fit. Normally that’s a quick return and refund. Not here. Their “returns team” tried to fob me off with a 20% refund, as if that’s acceptable. I refused and asked for a full refund and a return address.

They finally sent one — in China — along with a ridiculous checklist: pre‑paid duty, tracked shipping, proof of this, proof of that. Basically hoops designed to make you give up.

Went to the Post Office. Tracked, duty‑paid return? £27. To return a £36 item.

At that point it’s obvious: they’re banking on customers not bothering.

Don’t fall for the UK web address. Don’t fall for the “returns policy”. Save your money and shop somewhere that doesn’t play games.

Their sizes are very small and they don't say like the way other companies say concerning sizes like putting American sizes and EU sizes so I chose a dress thinking it was a 12 but it wouldn't fit, it's like an 8. Just so frustrating and their phone is always going to voicemail, the email address is wrong everything is just wrong with this company. Returns are hard to do as well because the so called Q code is wrong. What's wrong with them. This is the worst online fashion company I've ever come across not even sure if they're even ligit. Refund is hard with them, quality of the items not up the standard.

Item arrived damaged, threads hanging loose, tag wasn’t even attached to the parcel which I would guess is a sneaky way to avoid them getting products sent back to them. The material is cheap, flimsy and something I wouldn’t pay £5 for let alone £40. No replies to 3 emails now been sent and I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. Go literally anywhere else

I ordered a dress and it arrived late, it also looked nothing like the picture online. I had contacted them regarding the return and refund and I have still not had a reply. Scam of money. Definitely avoid shopping here.

Ordered a dress for my daughter that took weeks to arrive, not the 5-8 business days as stated. Now trying to return as quality and style is nothing like the images on the website but cannot get anyone to respond to emails or the telephone number they send out. Terrible service for an expensive item. Would advise against ordering anything from this website.

dress was awful quality also arrived with a snag on it me and my mum have contact the company multiple times they will take days to reply or not reply at all they told me i had to pay for the return myself which is no problem but when website states if it has a default they pay for it, i’m not prepared to pay £30 to return an item when it came damaged !!!! will never order from this website again and suggest other avoid it

Absolute scam I ordered two items only for them to arrive completely different to what was depicted online they are paper think, no shape or style to what was shown. I am now in a battle to obtain a refund 4 emails later and no response. I will be taking this to consumer rights and actioning this as company as fraud.

Do not order from this company. Poor quality of product. They only offer you 20% of a refund. Or you have to pay the customs on the return. Which will cost £40 on one item. Total rip off. Do not deserve to make any profit. If you own a company first priority should be to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Very poor management, DO NOT PURCHASE

Awful customer service and very poor-quality clothing. My order arrived much later than the delivery timeframe advertised at checkout.
When I requested a refund, I was offered only a 40% refund or told to return the items to their warehouse in China at my own expense, which would cost a significant amount. As a result, I will be disputing the transaction with my card provider.

Dress came didn't even fit over my shoulders .

They have offered me a 30% refund .so I am still out of pocket .and they are in profit still .
Sent a number of emails trying to sort a full refund but there refusing a full refund.

i placed an order on the 6th June m they dispatched it with Relay couriers who are terrible , i never even received the parcel, relay send it back to Luna and i am STILL WAITING for the refund and they just keep coming back with excuse after excuse.

I ordered a dress and it arrived way after the date it said. When I emailed them saying I no longer needed the dress and it was for a wedding the communication was terrible. They have taken weeks to email back and then states I have to cover the cost to send the item back to china.
The quality of the product is terrible and I really do not know how this company is still tradeing.
They need to be stopped, avoid at all cost.
