My kitchen was done to a very high standard, the work men were very polite, they kept me undated on everything they were doing, eg. When turning off water/electric to do certain work.
I'm very happy with my new Kitchen and the professional attitude of everyone involved.

I just had my bathroom replaced and am very happy. Both Sean and and Jodie were amazing from start to finish. There was also an electrician, who's name I don't know, who was amazing also. All three employees are a credit to livewest. I struggle with having people in 'my space' but the whole experience was pain free and I love my new bathroom and definitely worth using a weeks leave for!! Well done lovely people !!!!! 😊

Fitted a kitchen for us , worked very hard , polite and friendly , took there time and didn’t rush it . Cleaned up after them selfs and went above and beyond . Very pleased .

Three stars because the sink is too small. When speaking to other plumbers we could have been offered a normal size sink.
The inspector who visited today is looking was helpful and explained that we should have had an option

The Elmtree workers are unprofessional
The Elmtree workers are unprofessional; when they mow the lawn, my driveway gets covered in grass, my front door gets covered in it, and even the cars get stuck... every year it's this nightmare. I complained, and everything remains the same!!!!

Grant & Andy were amazing.
Grant was the person who came out and organized the kitchen before hand. He was very respectful & helpful & at the end of the phone for any questions.
Andy was the kitchen fitter and once again respectful of my property and did a fantastic job of the kitchen. He was always courteous & friendly like Grant. Andy always cleaned up after himself & left everything which he could clean. Andy would hard and the result is much better than I expected. I went for the white which being a small kitchen for a 3 bed house brightens & lights it up & looks great with my new white goods & blue swan retro appliances. As well as the light blue walls. Thanks very much guys appreciated all your hard work & help from start to finish

Darren Lyons came and did my kitchen refit. He was absolutly brilliant. He was friendly, and kept me well informed, also showing and explaining what he needed to do and checking that I was happy with everything the whole way through the project. Exceeded expectations
I'm extremely happy with the whole installation program. From the initial contact from Rebecca at admin everything was done so professionally. Martin kept me informed of developments during installation and was incredibly professional. The finished product was very good with very decent materials used and attention to detail with regard to the finish. Everything from start to finish exceeding my expectations.... I can't wait for them to do the bathrooms next!

New door fitted…
I recently needed a new fire door on my flat.
The two gentlemen who dealt with this were extremely polite and careful The door was fitted very efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. They hoovered up leaving absolutely no trace of the sawdust etc generated by the repair. The new door and surrounds look better than the original.
