The Kitchen Fitter was a great bloke very competant and able to overcome unplanned difficulties in a skillful manner, Fitting, Flooring and Plumbing was definitely not above this guys ability.

I’m so happy with my new kitchen thank you very much. You employee ADAM who carried out the work was on time everyday and did an awesome job my kitchen, he made sure every thing was right and asked me if I was happy with the result & I was very happy with it. It is so much better now as I have more cupboard space and work surface. So thank you very much again to ADAM.

Darren lyons and Adraian
Darren lyons and Adraian, were absolutely amazing 👏 went above and beyond, clean, tidy, professional and made life much easier for me without a kitchen. The kitchen is finished to a high standard and looks incredible so pleased.. my floor was rotten mouldy from a previous leak and the stock cap and pipes were old rusty and leaking this was all replaced with new the horrible smell has finally gone! I cannot thank them enough for there friendly chatty and amazing work they have done they are a great team .

New Bathroom
We are delighted with the recent replacement and redecoration of our bathroom by Karl from Livewest. We are particularly pleased with the meticulous attention to detail and the exceptional craftsmanship. Karl was a pleasure to have in our home; he was with us for five days, and we felt completely at ease and comfortable in his presence. He was always willing to go the extra mile. We are extremely satisfied with the final results!

Professional Team
Alex has just finished a total kitchen refit in five days. I am amazed at how efficient and hard working he is. Takes a lot of skill and motivation to do this and his experience shows. The house is old and quirky but he wrangled it!

Despite terrible weather, Mr Philip Waite and his team worked tirelessly to fix the long-standing security lighting issue affecting residents’ safety. Their professionalism, persistence, and high-quality workmanship made a real difference. Mr Waite kept us updated throughout and showed outstanding customer care. LiveWest are supposed to be providers of affordable quality housing for people on low incomes.
My experience as a long suffering tenant has been miserable.
I live in a rundown 1980s block of flats that are not fit for purpose. They were studio flats. Mine was converted into a minuscule one bed flat with the addition of a stud partition.
The flat is heated with night storage heaters and an overnight hot water immersion tank. These outdated forms of heating are astronomical to run on a low income.
My last energy bill was almost £500.
A council flat advertised has a £64 monthly communal heating charge.
These charlatans pride themselves on the provision of affordable housing.
They put me in fuel poverty and think it’s ok.
Ensure any accommodation from a social housing provider comes with an honest energy appraisal and detailed running costs.

Very happy
We had our top floor W/C refitted the week we moved into the property. We did a mutual exchange so everything was already chosen (flooring, paint etc).
Ash came over and did it for us and we couldn’t fault him. Great workmanship, lovely man. Very respectful, tidy and friendly. Got the job done in like a day and a half and kept us in the loop about timings etc. Very efficient, got on with the works and we’re very happy with it! Not a bad word to say. Cheers Ash!
